Terrible experience…read more Legal Malpractice. I hired them for a bankruptcy case I had to file to save my home when Wells Fargo committed mortgage fraud in order to foreclose illegally. Clarke was informed that I planned to sue my mortgage provider but because he didn't think I had a chance to win he neglected to include my claim in the bankruptcy filings which directly resulted in that claim later being dismissed due to the principle of judicial estoppel. This is legalese I was unaware of but he should have been. His wife Chris Flamm is an absolutely horrible person to try to discuss anything with, especially a refund due to incompetence of service. Now I have to sue these guys for legal malpractice due to negligence of duty to list any & all potential legal claims in the bankruptcy schedules as an asset. I'll be forwarding this to the Oregon State Bar as well but be forewarned, if you're not an attorney yourself I'd get someone else to handle your bankruptcy case. They literally expect you to know if they're making a mistake. I only went through these guys because I thought they were nice when I met them through the Scientology Church. Turns out these two care more about their income than doing the right thing, fixing their mistakes or actually helping people. Chris agreed to issue a refund if I could find a similar case to mine where someone had won a settlement against Wells Fargo for mortgage fraud, which I finally found (they're rare). Once I found that case and shared it, she conveniently forgot about her offer to refund and then threatened criminal prosecution for harassment. These are not people to do business with, they refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes, and forget vital information in lieu of honoring their agreements. Extremely disappointing.

I was a new customer to State Farm, and two weeks later they up and cancel my policy stating my refund "would be along shortly" I paid the policy in full, so I needed that money to buy a new policy elsewhere. When I explained that to this woman, rightfully upset and frustrated with the situation, she interrupted me and beginning lecturing me on how I was treating her, never mind the way she was talking to me. I did not swear, or blame her, simply stated I wanted my money back. This is a customer service industry. People will be frustrated, and adding fuel to the fire does not provide a solution. Had she just helped me in a calm matter, the situation may have been solved. As of now, I will never do business with this State Farm office, and will share my experience with friends and family.
