Their service is minimal to awful - and they showed themselves to be dangerously incompetent. I asked them to market our auto policy and requested the results so I could see the comparisons...they refused to provide the information! They claimed they chose the best one and would not show me the other quotes. When I asked them about who they got quotes from they said they would not work with me....sure sounds like they really did not do the work. My husband (who used them for years) asked them to reduce some limits on contents (by about 10%) - instead of doing that they completely removed them! Only a month later when we found an odd credit on our credit card statement did we find out they had slashed our coverage on contents to zero -- insurance malpractice. Don't use them, they are the WORST in town.

But, when We got our policies transferred here at the beginning of August things have been great. They even reached out to me to let me know my credit card had expired. Jared and his staff had me come into and complete a state transfer meeting to review my coverage and explained why my previous coverage was inadequate compared to my last policy. The best part of that is my homeowners insurance is so cheap compared to FL and RI here in Oregon. I am looking forward to working with them moving forward and have no worries about anything in regards to my insurance. I did ask the staff about recent changes in staff and they did let me know there was a transition period before I moved to Oregon but the man I spoke to, I think his name is John; has been nothing but extraordinary. He took extra time with me and throughly reviewed all aspects of my life to make my wife and I really feel covered. Office location is great right in the downtown area near my work and the Hawthorne bridge. And a bonus was they were able to meet with us on a Sunday. That's unheard of where I come from. Top marks all around and I am not sure why or how these other people can say they have been unprofessional. Best experience in my years with dealing with insurance agents. I'll make it short and succinct…read more We were told after opening a claim on our rental house for property damage(not at fault) to contact the at fault party's insurer, also State Farm. This office gave us the absolute run around for two months--first we were told to not open a claim on our policy, then told the opposite, and that "we could have found the replacement and compensation for a way better price" after we asked to be considered for a refund. The damage amounted to well over $6,000. They proceeded to pay less than half of that, insisting that a like for like replacement that we needed was not necessary, so, I guess people who actually do these things for a living just do not know what they're talking about. We paid over $3,000 out of pocket, and no one responded from the responsible party's end. State Farm is one thing--but do NOT go to this branch.

I suspect if I had, I would have known about my new agent. What I thought I needed was a copy of my insurance cards for my auto policy emailed to me so that I could go through DEQ and not get a ticket should I get pulled over for speeding again. Turns out some junkie stole my catalytic converter and made a mess of the undercarriage of my vehicle and the financial damage was over $2,000.00. So naturally, I filed an insurance claim and filed a police report. Thing is, I delivered my vehicle to Everette Street Autoworks at 8:00 am just as I told the insurance adjuster I would and fully expected that adjuster to be there as promised to inspect my vehicle, approve the repairs so I could get the shop moving on the repair. None of that happened that day. I reached out to Joshua to express my frustration and he was able to get the claims process in motion. My vehicle is currently being repaired. We had a phone appointment set up to go over my current coverages yesterday before I was even aware of my loss. Joshua explained my auto and condo coverages to me in easy to understand terms. Made some recommendations for changes that made a lot of sense and I feel more secure now than I did before.
