I paid for a deep cleaning and at first glance things looked great. However, I noticed that when I opened the refrigerator, she only cleaned a small bottom section where there was no food, but the other areas were left untouched. She didn't bother to lift containers or condiments to clean underneath it. She washed dishes and some dishes still had food spots on it. She did the bare minimum and was paid for a deep clean. Not sure what the differences are between the two. But I noticed she looked very tired when she came into our home at 2:30pm. While she was there I had to ask her to remop the floor since she left noticeable residue on the. I spoke with someone that offered for her to come back but I wasn't available. read more

This review is a year late, but I will say the stars are for Erica who was my point of contact and was very responsive and accommodating. However, the cleaning itself was nothing special. I booked a deep cleaning for my home, but it seemed more like a regular cleaning. Baseboards, blinds, light fixtures and the stairs were not cleaned. It was also hard to communicate my needs with the cleaner as she did not speak any english. If it were a regular cleaning I'd give a better review, but because I paid for a deep cleaning I expected more. I probably wouldn't book this service again. read more

She was very receptive to and appreciative of my feedback. She agreed that what I received was not a "deep cleaning," but rather more in line with a basic regular cleaning and refunded me another $50. Obviously, my experience with the actual cleaning was not what I expected, but I feel like the cost after being refunded a portion of my payment was now in line with the level of cleaning I received. The customer service and follow up by Erica afterwards went above and beyond. Nobody is perfect, and working with customers in a service based industry can be tough. You can tell Erica values her customers and wants them to be 100% satisfied. In addition to the refund on this cleaning, she's offered several solutions for future cleanings to ensure a better experience moving forward. First good things: They were responsive and easy to schedule. Bad things: The quote I was given changed once they got to the house even though it was an empty house with just a few pieces furnitures in it. There was one cleaner and they said it would take all day. She started at 930am and finished 230pm. The house looked clean at first but it actually wasn't once I started looking around. I wanted house to be deep cleaned before I moved in. I agreed to the higher price because they said they would clean the windows too. However, after the cleaner left, I checked the windows and the frames, the doors, and above the door frames, they were all still dirty. Floors were not mopped. I basically mopped the whole house, cleaned the windows, above the doors and door frames, and counter tops again. I would not recommend this cleaning business if you're looking to get a deep cleaning. If you're okay with them just sweeping the floors and do a superficial job, go ahead. read more
