However, I only utilized their monthly services once. Almost did it again but Leticia's lack of professionalism caused me to look for services elsewhere. Plus, as you can see from the photos, the service provided was not great, even after I gave them grace. The deep cleaning in June was supposed to include all the bells and whistles - stairs, walls, baseboards, etc. Leticia promised the world. Unfortunately, what I requested wasn't delivered. After the "deep cleaning," I noticed so many untouched and uncleaned areas. At first, I tried to ignore them but everywhere I looked, I saw filth that I'd paid to have cleaned. I sent Leticia pictures and she sent the girls back the next day. Even after their second visit, many of the items weren't addressed or cleaned but by that point, I was tired of people being in my house. Fast forward to last month, I try this team again - just for a monthly cleaning. The cleaning is okay at best - list of missed spots and a lack of attention to detail but again, considering that you never know when this team will show up or leave with more than a tiny bit of notice, I was just ready for them to go. Especially since before they arrived, Leticia texted me and told me to put my dishes in the dishwasher. Wtf? Fast forward to yesterday. Surprisingly, Leticia reached out and provided only three dates that were available for cleaning this month. I confirm one but note another day would work best. She was curt and told me that they were booked. Fine. I started exploring other vendors as I have multiple properties and would prefer to work with someone who can flex a bit more with my schedule. I submitted a request through Yelp - obviously, it was routed to several businesses, including this one. So what does Leticia's bitter and unprofessional self do? Take a screenshot of my Yelp request and send it to me. When I confirmed it was me, this woman - not knowing which property I was requesting for and why - tells me she's putting my confirmed appointment on hold and she'll let me know if they're not too busy to come. As I texted her back shortly after: GIRL, BYE. The services provided were subpar. The service was terrible. And Leticia, let me tell you something: if I want to hire 27 different cleaning crews to clean my home, I can do that. It's MY HOUSE. I own it. In fact, I own multiple homes. You mad because I started looking elsewhere after you and your team left filth in my house and a bad taste in my mouth? Stay mad, ma. Wouldn't recommend this company... at all. Maybe if you're desperate like I was this week, but honestly, even then, more drama than it's worth.

Mr. Wheeler took my call and listened to my situation, just when I thought all hope was lost, Mr Wheeler said he could do it, and fit me into his schedule that evening!! That speaks volumes to me as the big name companies refused even though they had crews in the area.. Don't be fooled by the one 5 star review!! Mr. Wheeler does very very good work, he got my carpets back looking like they did when we purchased our house. After initially expressing interest in the project and agreeing to come out for measurements, the contractor completely stopped communicating. Multiple texts and messages have gone unanswered with no explanation, no follow-up, and not even the courtesy of a response. What makes this even more frustrating is that the contractor remains active on social media, so it's clear the issue isn't a lack of availability to communicate. Professionalism and communication are basic expectations when hiring a contractor. If you are too busy to take on a project, simply say so. Ghosting potential customers after making commitments is unprofessional and disrespectful of their time. At this point, I've lost confidence and will be taking my business elsewhere. Unless there is a reasonable explanation and an effort to make this right, I cannot recommend this contractor based on my experience.

It was a total waste of money. Because we live in Virginia and the property is in Southern Maryland, I relied on photos that this business owner sent which were misleading to say the least. The photos the owner/cleaner sent to me after the service did not include areas that were not cleaned but should have been such as the bathroom baseboards, the medicine cabinets, bathroom sinks, kitchen cabinets and more. When I arrived at the property two days after the service, I found that these and other areas simply were not cleaned. Photos of those areas following the service have been uploaded with this review. Even after I sent her the photos of the areas after the service, she continued to claim that she'd cleaned them. Although there was/is no indication of their refund policy, I was told via text, "Sorry for your inconvenience but yes I was alone.. And we don't give out refunds. The only time we give out refunds if we didn't do the job at all on the schedule time and date.. But since this is the first time a client was unhappy with our services we can give you a free cleaning for 2bathrooms and dusting of a living room and one bedroom.. Or I can offer you a free cleaning of a office room.. Again I am sorry for the inconvenience and the misunderstanding." I'm not sure what was cleaned other than a door and wall as she pointed out in her video of my home's interior which she posted on her Twitter account without my consent. Although the unauthorized video clearly shows that the property is vacant of all furniture, the owner/cleaner said that she did not clean behind the refrigerator because they "don't move furniture." I was blocked after I commented on her Twitter post. I paid the price quoted and added an $80 tip which I later regretted. After much debate, I eventually received the $80 tip I paid her plus an additional $6.00. I later realized that photos on her site indicate that she is more of an organizer than a cleaner. It also appears that reviews on her site are not authentic.
