He has a real schtick to keep people paying. When I questioned him about charging another $90, he literally ripped the bill out of my hand and said "if you are going to cry about it, hire another plumber and see what he charges you". I do not recommend this company. I hired them to fix a clogged sewer line, but the experience was…read morefrustrating from start to finish. Initially, the technician assumed the shower was clogged, but later realized it was a deeper issue. He said he needed to remove the toilet to snake the sewer line, and claimed the problem was resolved. However, just 4-5 hours later, sewage began backing up into the shower, and both toilets stopped flushing entirely. I contacted him that evening, asking for urgent help--no response. I called and texted again the next morning, and only then did he reply to say he was on vacation. He offered no backup plan or referral, leaving me to find another plumber to fix the mess. To make matters worse, he charged me $480 for snaking the shower and toilet--an excessive price for about 1 hour's work, given the poor outcome and lack of follow-up.
