We spoke, and he said he'd be at my home in forty minutes; he was in my driveway in thirty-five minutes! He and his assistant assessed the problem with my well and, in five minutes, they determined that I needed a new pump. (My original pump had lasted 28 years.) They replaced my pump in the best way that could possibly be done for an exceptionally reasonable price. (I had spent hours researching pumps and prices on W.W. Granger's website, so I know for a fact that Affordable Pump and Well Repair is extremely fair!) My price included new wiring and the best made American pump. They put on a new control box and pressure switch; they fixed some plumbing leaks I had at the well-head, tested my well, cleaned everything up, and were leaving my property in two hours. They were prompt, polite, professional, and thorough. They only use the best quality well and plumbing products, and their service is excellent. Their quality should ensure a long life for my well. You might shop for someone cheaper, but you won't find anyone better!

However, just 4-5 hours later, sewage began backing up into the shower, and both toilets stopped flushing entirely. I contacted him that evening, asking for urgent help--no response.
