These people will not stop harassing us. They kept sending junk mail to our house last year. I emailed and emailed and emailed and they would not respond. When I sent an email stating I was going to contact all of upper management about this and note they refuse to respond, besides leaving a yelp review, I got a response in 30 minutes. Told us we were removed from their scam list. Didn't get anything for a long time until today. It's starting back up. They will continue to bombard us with their scam until I open a BBB file, which is the only way to get these people to stop. I also sent an email to upper management as well, right from the getgo this time - don't know how else to get these people to stop. We'll see if this does anything. Here's the thing folks - a legit company is asked to stop sending junk mail to someone's house - they do not want to waste paper and postage on someone who does not want their service - they immediately remove the person from their list - they don't ignore it and keep sending junk mail. Not these people. They are of the opinion "if we just bombard them with our junk mail, they'll give in and give us money! We know better than they do!" I ask you sincerely, is this a company you can trust? If they won't adhere to the simple request "please leave us alone" do you think they can actually provide a legit service for anyone who is in the market for this service? Honestly think about it. There are tons of great tax advisor services out there; legit and do a good job. This is not one of them. Note: The owner "Timothy K" responds to the good reviews here. I understand that some people have great experiences working with Property Tax Advisors (PTA) , but unfortunately, my experience was the opposite and thought I have a duty to warn. PTA represented to me that they were working on my case when in fact they have not. I received a letter from Property Tax Advisors and signed up with them last year in January, 2024, to help me challenge the assessed value of my property. In March, I received an email from the LA Assessment Appeals Board about a hearing scheduled for March 14, 2024. I contacted PTA to confirm that they will show up at the March 14 hearing on my behalf and they confirmed. After the hearing date, I did not hear from PTA, so I contacted them again, asking about the status of the hearing. PTA stated how their agent did not have time to prepare for the hearing, and has filed a request to postpone the hearing. They said they should receive a new hearing date soon and that I check back with them. In May, I received a decision letter from Assessment Appeals Board Notice stating how there was a "No Show" to the March 14 hearing. Then, I called the Assessment Appeals Board and they mentioned how there is NO RECORD of PTA even submitting the Authorization of Tax Agent which I signed. In short, PTA never appeared on my behalf. I called PTA to find out what's going on, a gentleman mentioned how he will relay the message to the person in charge of my case. That person never called or emailed me back. I revoked my Authorization of Tax Agent on May 29, 2024 and I ended up having to handle the case myself but many months have been lost. read more

Unfortunately I submitted all the information that they wanted but they keep putting the wrong owner information so the county assessor keeps rejecting them. By the time they finally got it right, they sent me a letter that they couldn't do it afterall. REALLY?
