Which they do provide of course the vacuum but also the towels to dry your car off. Now I have been through a hand full of times without a problem but this last time I went through in my brand new 2025 car the car wash machine ripped off the cover to my driver side mirror. Which after I reported it to them they stopped the machine and retrieved it for me. It was not to damaged just some scrapes but not broken. Just a little heads up before you go in.

Their tire shine is nothing but an axle grease-based material which just throws globs this crap all over my rims, so I decided not to continue with them. Update 5/28/26 After getting the fraudulent charge reversed and contacting them not to charge my card these criminals went ahead and charged it AGAIN! I needed the tinting removed from the rear windshield and replaced. I had done enough research to know that removing deteriorated tinting is a delicate process. I also got wax and an exterior detail. My car is gorgeous. I had to get a new battery today, and the shop owner could not believe how clean it was under the hood. I will definitely be returning to Clermont Auto Spa, as they have my highest recommendation.

I am one of the guys that will drive 25 minutes at 4 am to wash my car here without the pressures of a line allowing me to take my time usually purchasing 18-22 minutes of wash time. After the wash sold recently, there were several notable upgrades including the addition of credit card / tap pay terminals, no cash/tokens making it safer to use at night. The place is freshly painted, very clean, with bright well lit bays. The wash equipment itself is great- they use true horse hair wash brushes - which absolutely speaks to pride of ownership when you go with the $100 brush versus the plastic $25.00 brush head. They also added hot air blowers which are great for clearing the car , and jams of water after the wash. I am rating the wash as low as I did because none of the above matters- when your "rinse " and "spot free rinse" both come out as thick wax and soap. I tried 2 different bays and obviously not a single bay had fresh water for rinsing or deionized water to gain the full effect of the air dryers that follow. Instead I'm left with a car that's coated in a film that is hard to dry off , hard to blow off with little option other than to go back to the monthly membership washes and pay a flat fee of 15-25 bucks for a quality wash versus what I spent today - probably double that only to be left with a car dirtier than when I came to wash it. Very frustrating given the amount of upgrades that have been done. Clearly the mechanical selection boxes haven't been upgraded because the new dryer option is in the middle of the dial -!'ot the end - and several are blanks. I don't think I'll plan to come back down here anymore if there cannot be consistent reliable quality washing - especially when as compared to the completion its price is a premium.
