My car was SUPER dirty... they got it clean up and shiny... tho the rims and tires had to be done , I asked if the tires and rims were included in the price, the worker, Eddie, said yes that the guy had done them... and I had to point out that they were still dirty and he went and re did them for me. Only the front of the tires and quick status job was done on the rims initially. Also there were still bird droppings remains on certain areas of the car... I seem to have a similar problem with the bird poop where I usually take it, but that's about the only issue... my car really needed a wash and since I was in the area I figured why not... but I'm gonna agree with a few others here and say if I had the time I could have done it myself... and to add that the younger looking worker was sitting and using his phone when I pulled up, and quickly got up and started "cleaning/spraying" the tires on the car I'm assuming he should have been working on... ‍ But thank you Eddie(hope I'm spelling your name correct) for your attention and help in completing the job read more

I was looking forward to getting my car detailed and drove out of my way to go there because of the reviews. I noticed a lot of nice cars getting dropped off and was certain I had made the right choice. I was told my car would be done in 2 hours and I stuck around the neighborhood. I returned after one hour and they were still not working on my car. It was ready 40 minutes later, and I was told it was a record time. I left and saw the Windows had not been cleaned, and the interior was not wiped down properly. I returned to get my windows cleaned, for $120, it's the least they could do. Had been coming here since I bought my car back in Jan 2015. I got frequent washes every 2-3 weeks and even had it detailed there on Feb 2015. I was satisfied for the most part throughout that time. Yet, lately, the washes started getting very subpar. The last three visits included the following unpleasant findings: zero dusting of the dash or cup holders, little to no vacuuming of the back seats, and some areas on the car that had easily removable dirt still present. I give them 2 stars only cause I never had a Yelp to ever write them a good review in the past. Otherwise, a 1 star would sum up my disappointment lately. Sad to say I won't be going back. Reply to Carlos: I find it harder to believe that you can't take criticism for your establishment without automatically assuming it's a competitor writing a review, rather than trying to rectify what errors your staff has been making. I've been going to Pro's for about six months. I had been going to another auto detailing shop just around the corner from Pro's but they pretty much destroyed the paint on my girlfriend's car. So I took it over to Pro's to see if they could save her paint and they absolutely did. They spent the time to fully detail the car from the wheels up and now it looks great. Ive been here before, but today was really busy and they did my ride pretty good. I asked them to wipe off all the excess stuff they put on the tires, bumper and anything black, but since they were in a hurry I guess either they didn't understand me or just wanted to get to the next car. I wish that stuff wasn't everywhere because it was even on my pedals and on the ground, so I must of also had it on my shoes and my feet kept slipping off the pedals. I came in this morning and it took about an hour and a half or so since there were 4-5 cars ahead of me. A friend actually recommended this place, so I didn't mind the wait (also because I purposely drove 25 min to come here). I came in with really high expectations. I asked for the baby detail for $25, which comes with an exterior wash and interior cleaning as well. Exterior wash was good but I was pretty disappointed with the interior. First, there was a dirty spot on my passenger seat that they didn't clean. It took some rubbing to get it off, but I would think they could do this in their baby detail package. It took me about 1 min to clean it afterwards. Another complaint is that they spray the cleaning solution everywhere, and then wipe afterwards. There were plenty of spots on my dashboard because they sprayed it and missed wiping the area. Lastly, you would think that for the time and cost of the job, they would vacuum the trunk ... but they didn't (or at least forgot to). I have to admit that this was not a good experience for me. read more

Let me tell you, last night a friend of mine vomited my seat, my dashboard and the seat belts and basically my car had stains in the front. I was really worried of how it would come off since my car is brand new but it does not have leather seats the color is a very light grey so I was really worried, so I came here, and my car looks like I just bought it this morning. They left it way better than what I expected. Excellent prices and my car was spotless. No vomit smell at all and beyond clean.
