I am hardly a health care expert but GREAT and propfessional service in this sector is a bit rare me thinks. If you find the typical MRI "closed" testing environment way too caustraphobic and are looking for an "open" alternative to Naples Community Hospital , Proscan right across the street is just the ticket. When NCH didn't work out for me, I simply took my paperwork across the street, was greeted in a more than cordial manner and given an appointment for bright and early the next morning. The cerviical MRI on Proscan's newer equipment was only a fifteen or twenty minute affair and I walked out with a CD copy of the images, the same one they would be sending up to my physican. Saw my physican three days later and he was evidently just thirlled with the clarity of photos and Radiologists written work up on the two troublesome discs too, So there you have it. No sense in making these types of processes any more tedious than they have to be....Oh and the staff there couldn't have been nicer too. read more

Contacting proscan via the phone for any reason is impossible !!!! Wait times (on 6 different days and times ) was over 20 minutes. It was longer than waiting for any govt agencies !!! If you want to talk to someone ... be prepared to drive to the location and speak to receptionist at the desk. Phone communication is non existent You pay a lot for treatment and get nothing for your money regarding customer service for getting results Very poor phone service !!!! Had a catscan which went fine but it seems impossible to get results. Called the imaging results line numerous times and of course you are put on hold . !5 minutes is my limit. Horrible service avoid this co if possible. read more

Rude and disrespectful. I'm in my 70's and can probably move better than anyone there.I'm an educator with 2 masters degrees and don't forget a thing. I got there and she said get up on the table. Asked me why I was there. Duh! My surgeon sent me. I don't see anything can't feel anything and if you had an MRI it won't show more than that! I was out in three minutes. I'd be dead if I used this service. My doctor ordered a test two weeks ago and pro scan fails to schedule this test after multiple calls by me and my doctor. If you care about your quality of life do not use this service. read more

Called numerous times only to be on hold and after 25 minutes disconnected. Like most medical affiliated offices they are about worthless

The blond, technician did not put an IV in for contrast. This has never happened in my 20 years of getting MRI's. She is very rough & not very friendly. Seems inconvenienced. If you dress properly for an MRI, no metal, then you don't need to change. The office staff are polite. Some will assist with pre-filling your info. on paperwork if you've been there before. If you ask how to request your results, you can get a handout and simply send an email to an email address and you will receive them promptly. The MRI report is not very detailed compared to certain places I won't mention :-). One of my specialists does not agree with the reports. Location is super convenient. I just had an MRI scan the other day. The office was clean. The receptionist was nice. The tech attendant helping me was very professional, but very courteous and compassionate. Let me tell you why this is a big deal for me. I have a severe claustrophobia. I had taken some meds last Thursday, and I still was unable to do it, and I was never made to feel embarrassed. I got stronger meds and went back last night and even though it was still a struggle, I still cried, the woman was compassionate and helpful, and I was able to finally do it. This is a deep rooted fear for me and this experience has left me feeling confident in their abilities to help people. read more

The MRI techs are amazing ! The lady who assisted me on the phone maybe was having a bad, she was annoyed with me by makimg many sigh noises and a Oh My God response. When I dealt with the desk staff in person they were both very nice. I would definitely return and refer this facility. read more

Love the receptionist there. So friendly and smiles, professional and kind. As for the technician, felt like I was in a conveyor belt. Handled like a piece of meat. Only says what she must. Although I've had MRIs before you forget how Traumatic it can be, and uncomfortable. Well, this person needs to either retire or take some time off and realize she is handling patients who are vulnerable and need to be cared for with kid gloves She knew and voiced that my shoulder was the focus, you never would know in the way she handled my shoulder, it hurt. She is fast, to the point and probably does her technical job well, but someone else should be with the patient that has some social skills. She should stay in the booth unseen. It was early evening this place stays open till as late as 9:15pm. Well, I hate to be her last patient. I have to remember and ask not to return. I vaguely remember the same experience years ago, may be the same person. I also felt lightheaded and remembered and told her as I sat up that I couldn't drive for awhile last time. I felt rushed, she didn't care, didn't even say, stay for a few minutes before you stand. Never again It is located across the street not from the hospital but the hospital garage. I had a C scan with a very professional male tech who actually had me in and out of there within 5 minutes.

I came to ProScan not knowing that my doctor had ordered four scans. I thought it will take a long time but was surprised when I was out of there in about an hour. It was like a well-oiled machine. After the first scan, I was led to the next room where they were ready for me. This happened again for the next two scans. I've never experienced such efficiency. On top of that, I was pleased at the friendliness of the staff. I was very pleasantly surprised. I recommend this business highly. read more

I was scheduled for two Scans. The first one was an ultrasound at the Proscan at Crosspoint, Naples, After reading some of the reviews, I was very hesitant to go there, but my experience was excellent. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, the ultrasound was done professionally and pleasantly. Later in the day I went for a pet scan at the Proscan imaging on Collier Boulevard, Naples. The office was old, not very comfortable. The great part was there was only about a five minute wait time before I was taken into the room where they did the scans. The person who did the scan was pleasant and efficient, explaining everything that he was going to do. He made sure I was comfortable. It turned out to be an uneventful experience. I had 2 MRIs today. Scheduling originally put them on 2 different days (too much contrast is not good and still unsure why they did this.) I called to reschedule and was told they could both be done at the same time. Yay to the sharper tool! Once I arrived, it was smooth sailing. The front desk could personnel could not be nicer. Once in the MRI area, Albert, the tech, was superb! He was very professional while making me feel comfortable. His intravenous stick was painless. Great office staff and high quality imaging for diagnostic purposes with quick turn around times

Took my (elderly) mom here for her annual mammogram. First of all, the receptionist, hiding behind her computer and plexiglass was, let's just say, not welcoming or friendly. Then, the technician seemed inexperienced and was very rough. My mom and I have had many of these due to breast cancer in our family so if we say rough, that's saying something. In the end, the woman split my mom's delicate aging skin. They need to be kinder to the population they serve at this place. read more

I have never witness nor dealt with a staff member in any facility as rude as the technician we had today. Almost yelling saying he will not help whatsoever with transferring patient because he was not going to hurt his back. Told us we should go to the hospital next time. i called and asked the receptionist if they had a mri that i could sit in instead of lay in bc i cannot lay down do to vertigo. i told her i live in venice, fl and they are in naples. I was told yes they did have a sit down mri. So i drive one and a half hrs from venice for my appt. only to be told that they did not have a sit down mri. No sorry, no nothing and here i have just driven one and half hrs to get to them. And now i have to turn around and drive one and a half drive home for nothing. Thank god open MRIs exist. I tried the regular MRIs and just can't do it even with a Xanax. I would highly recommend for anyone who is claustrophobic. The technologist was very sweet and made me laugh to make me feel comfortable. I'll definitely come here again if I need another scan. read more

I had an MRI and CT scan at Proscan. Both technicians were very kind people and the tests were on time and efficient. Gene in CT Scan is an exceptional human being. I was more than nervous with an injection into my hip for contrast. I was told not to move and I had tears coming out. Gene talked me through the procedure while the Dr was doing the injection. He was so compassionate and aware. He made the test go by quickly and I am grateful he was my Technician. read more

I'm a local Doc, and send my patients there all the time. They have given them great service and very accurate readings on their radiology testing. I highly recommend their facility. I have no financial or personal interest in ProScan, but believe they are a good facility. read more

The receptionist with the pierced lower lip was rude and argumentative from the get-go and spoke ill of me to the staff almost immediately upon my arrival at the facility. She made a claim about the paperwork that I needed to fill out and what the doctor would do with the information but was proven wrong by the nurse moments later. Her unprofessionalism and negativism created concern that my procedure would be mishandled, as well. I would avoid the Proscan Imaging location at 260 Tamiami Trail North. read more
