If you find the typical MRI "closed" testing environment way too caustraphobic and are looking for an "open" alternative to Naples Community Hospital , Proscan right across the street is just the ticket. When NCH didn't work out for me, I simply took my paperwork across the street, was greeted in a more than cordial manner and given an appointment for bright and early the next morning. The cerviical MRI on Proscan's newer equipment was only a fifteen or twenty minute affair and I walked out with a CD copy of the images, the same one they would be sending up to my physican. Saw my physican three days later and he was evidently just thirlled with the clarity of photos and Radiologists written work up on the two troublesome discs too, So there you have it. No sense in making these types of processes any more tedious than they have to be....Oh and the staff there couldn't have been nicer too.

Contacting proscan via the phone for any reason is impossible !!!! Wait times (on 6 different days…read moreand times ) was over 20 minutes. It was longer than waiting for any govt agencies !!! If you want to talk to someone ... be prepared to drive to the location and speak to receptionist at the desk. Phone communication is non existent You pay a lot for treatment and get nothing for your money regarding customer service for getting results Very poor phone service !!!! Note - hire and train more phone staff !!!

I have been going to radiology regional for many years and the standard of care was reasonable. I…read morerecently visited for my annual mammogram not knowing they had recently sold to a corporate imaging company. When I arrived it was standing room only; it was so crowded there was not enough chairs for people waiting. There had to be over 60 people or more in the waiting room. I arrived 15 minutes earlier than my arrival time, gave my name and waited an additional 55 minutes before they even called me up to the desk to check me in. Much of that time spent standing. Many of the people there were elderly and in not great condition and not all of them were able to sit. After that I was sent back for my mammogram with the rudest roughest technician I have ever met. She was clearly in a hurry and explained that she was a travel nurse and didn't know or care or how things used to be. When adjusting the machine she caught my shoulder I could not move and it was painful. I told her it needed to be adjusted that it hurt and it was not correct. She replied that it didn't matter and continued on with her testing. I will not go back, I will not recommend anyone to go there. In addition to my poor experience on site , they did not have my previous records on file, the link to check in is nothing more than data mining with pages and pages of information that seems unrelated to having a scan. I'm sure this is on purpose so they can sell your information. I have been going there for years, yet my information was not transferred over. I've heard similar stories from several of my friends who have gone there recently. Radnet is clearly concerned with quantity over quality. I would give it a negative rating if possible. Before warned this is not radiology regional the only thing that is the same is the sign out front

Everyone looks pissed off and they snapped at everyone they speak to. You walk in and they won't even talk to you unless you sign in and sit down. I needed to ask if I was in the right location and they wouldn't even speak to me Then my mom went in for her X-ray and the tech literally threw her leg around, making her stand without her walker along with bending her knee well past 90 degrees. She came out crying and white as a ghost. Shame on you. Completely unacceptable behavior from the tech who bashed my mom's surgeon and was very flippant with her. Do not use this facility -period!

When an influx of people arrive at the same time, the two young women in the front get very busy and extremely flustered, but their are 3 other people sitting on their computers behind the desk not doing anything to help. The young women are rude, and lack any sort of professionalism or compassion especially for the elderly patients. They are curt, unfriendly, and treat patients with disdain. I am surprised that NCH employees these people as the first ones to "assist" and check in patients. Its no wonder their Google reviews are awful. If you want a stress free experience I recommend driving a little further to the one in Bonita!

At about 11:15, 1 hour after my appointment time, I was told there was an emergency, really for an MRI, and it would 10 minutes. I asked again after 20 more minutes, and then they started getting nasty. FINALLY at 12:10, more then 2 hours after I checked in, I walked out. If they knew, that were so far behind, I should have been told this when I arrived, orbst the very least, after I was waiting,I shouldn't have questioned my appointment time...
