There seemed to be a line so I stood my six feet back and stood inline. There was no line. A kind woman who knew the ropes told me to walk up and sign in. When I arrived at 8:10am there were two people in front of me. The worker at the checkin counter seemed overwhelmed and it took me twenty minutes to call me up collect my pay and verify what I was there for. Seems a bit long. I was directed to sit in a different area and the tech came out walked me into the room and did the ct scan. Very professional and fast. She took me over to the area for my next test and I waited less than 5 mins and they did the ultrasound. I was out in less than 20 mins for both tests. Now we wait for the results.

I had the first appointment of the day. it was at 9:00 am and i never saw the Dr. until 10:00 am. She was at the hospital and fell behind. It's too bad no one told me this. Dr. Sanchez needs to find someone who can run a business and turn the office over to them. She needs to concentrate on practicing medicine and stop running the business. Even with all of the really good people she has the practice is in chaos. Dr. Sanchez needs to let someone develop a business structure so these good people can provide quality care. 8/10/16 Update: As you might notice I was not very happy after last visit. I made arrangements to transfer my case to Naples Community Hospital. Right now I couldn't be more pleased. NCH is customer friendly. Just the patient intake alone is amazing. I probably waited too long to make the change but switching to a new practice is a really huge deal. I'm just glad I finally did it. I would only add that even NCH isn't perfect but it's a huge improvent over Dr. Sanchez's office.

She put the phone down and was gone 2 minutes. Came back and then hit the hold music, gone another 8 minutes. I hung up after the 16 minutes. If your first impression is an intoxicated, or sleepy scheduler, you are likely going to get low bar service throughout the process, which I am seeing in the reviews, and the overall ratings. This would be a perfect job for AI, it's literally not rocket science....take a name and birthdate, review the order that has been faxed (remember they called us to schedule) and book the appointment.

I have not been able to sleep barely eaten anything, I'm constantly sweating waking up on a bed soak wet, hot flashes constant throughout the day, I feel down, extremely extremely tired and I messaged Annie DeMagio's office about my symptoms, she had someone called me this morning to make the appointment knowing what I was asking on the message and explaining my symptoms, I made the appointment for 12 o'clock and waited pay $60 co-pay. I was waiting in the room with my mother when Annie entered the room and did not say hello any of us, instead, she looked really angry and gave us her back without even saying hello, when she finally turned around, I said hello I said, how are you today because she never bothered when I started mentioning my symptoms even before I said anything she said I don't do anything things that you want me to do. I don't do any of what you're asking and I'm not going to and not so many words, she didn't even bother, asking what I was going through how I was feeling absolutely nothing super unethical and unprofessional. Even my mom was shocked and surprised to her reaction and behavior when she entered the room I asked to get my money back and I asked to speak to a manager. They told me that they were in meetings for two hours, and I couldn't talk to that's higher up than the guy that was there that said he . He told me he was gonna have someone back when I asked with uncertainty he couldn't confirm. This needs to be addressed. Her behavior was absolutely uncalled for and not professional at all!! The Proscan 3T MRI at Crosspointe Dr in Naples is the answer for anyone who is claustrophobic. I am…read moreseverely claustrophobic and have had many MRIs over the years- with eyes covered praying the Rosary where I thought my heart would jump out of my chest from anxiety, an open MRI where you can see to the side but the machine is still right in your face, premedication with 1 mg of Xanax 3 hours before and a second 1 mg an hour before that worked as I don't even remember having the MRI, though my driver assured me I did, but I felt terrible all day after. The 3T magnet is powerful enough that the machine doesn't need to be inches from your face, see photo. Talk to your doctor, but I had a great stress free experience.
