Extremely Disappointed - Poor Communication and Customer Service I had a very frustrating experience with Radiology Regional in Naples. They canceled my appointment the afternoon before it was scheduled, leaving only a voicemail and text--no explanation given. When I called to find out what happened, I was on hold for 30 minutes. I had made the appointment three weeks prior, and at that time, they required my doctor's notes in order to confirm the appointment. My doctor assured me the notes were sent at that time. Yet, the reason for the cancellation was that they supposedly didn't have the doctor's notes. If that was truly the case, why wait until the day before to cancel? And why not follow up with either the doctor or me to obtain the necessary paperwork? Since then, it's been five days with no call back or effort to reschedule. Every time I try to get in touch, I'm left on hold for 15+ minutes. When I finally speak to someone, I'm told I need to speak to someone else--and then I'm put back in the queue. It's a never-ending cycle. The customer service is disorganized and unhelpful. Their internal communication and scheduling system clearly need major improvements. Patients shouldn't have to chase down answers or wait endlessly just to get the care they need. It's truly disappointing. This is a perfect example of why so many people are losing faith in the American healthcare system. read more

I just had a CAT scan at Radiology Regional located on Veterans Drive in North Naples. Awesome experience. Friendly, professional staff concerned about your comfort and well being. After having a horrible experience at Physicians Regional Hospital with a CAT scan that was aborted I visited Radiology Regional and they were kind enough to show me the equipment, talk about the procedure, and my concerns. I returned the next day for my scan. Everyone so kind. It was successful. I could only say after ward "is that it?" and joked with them that they should have told me it was going to be so easy. ( But, actually they said it would be the day before) There is nothing "factory" about this operation! The staff are genuine and good at what they do. I can't speak to their other locations, but, I can tell you I had an awesome experience today and so grateful for their care of me. Several months ago (April - May 2021), I had a Nuclear Stress Test/CAT Scan? and I was very professional handled by three individuals .. Thresia Chevian, Ben Jean and Shelly Barnhart. I mentioned to each of them that they made a new procedure I was undertaking as stress less as possible. They explained the procedure completely and what symptoms I would be experiencing from the medication. Their explanations put me totally at ease. I remembered I told them I would be sending a very positive write-up of my experience with the three of them. My apologies for sending it so late. In the few months that have passed, I had a successful Transhiatal Esophagectomy operation in Miami in mid-July and am now Cancer-Free. This visit to Radiology Regional Center was my third or fourth visit to your Naples facility. Each visit was well-handled by various staff members, but somehow, this visit with the assistance of Thresia, Ben and Shelly was an exceptionally positive one. read more

Everyone was proficient, professional, and comforting, all in a friendly way. Despite a full waiting room, I was checked in on time and didn't have to wait long to be called in. Everyone answered any questions I had, and were efficient in getting me prepared in reviewing my overall health and to be sure I didn't have any implants or other metals that might harm me and/or the MRI scanner. The radiologist made sure I was comfortable (I had to lie in an awkward position), and explained what to expect and to advise how long the MRI would take. I had a good experience and would return again if I needed any other scan. read more

If you dig enuf on Google you will see they were under investigation for Medicare Fraud. To be fair.. almost everybody in FL is doing that tho. This place just had an ugly evil vibe going on too. You felt like you were in a sweat shop in China, or a prison camp in Russia. All about money, they harassed you about clocking in more than 1 minute early. I just couldn't take it any more and left. Found out later the fraud was going on while I was there. I feel sorry for the people that had to work there b/c they lived in the area and had family or something. read more

My CCTA experience at Radiology Regional, located at 600 Goodlette, Naples was excellent from check-in/registration on the Part 1/Day 1 to completion of Part 2/Day 2! All staff were friendly. Informative and explained each segment of the CCTA process and always asked me if I had ay questions. I would highly recommend others to Radiology Regional, if I was asked for my opinion. Also, I had the results handed to me in very short time so I did not have to wait for a week or more to get the results by mail. Due to the recent time, change,I was an hour late for my mammogram and the people at the front desk were so kind they worked me in within 10 minutes! terrible customer service. the person in billing do not look at payment. when you try to let them know they keep interrupting. no way to get a supervisor so they can get the facts. spent hours or weeks trying to get someone and you're transferred to vm and they never call back!!!!! read more

Very impressed by the efficiency of the staff at the Airport Pulling location yesterday. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 10am appointment, as instructed and had completed the online checklist prior to my arrival. I was amazed when I left and it was only 10:15! Thank you!!! read more
