Very unprofessional disappointing experience...I had a 10:15 appointment for an MRI. checked in at 10:05, at 10:45 I asked how long it would be, told a few more minute, they were running behind, at 11:00 i inquired again, just a few more minutes. At about 11:15, 1 hour after my appointment time, I was told there was an emergency, really for an MRI, and it would 10 minutes. I asked again after 20 more minutes, and then they started getting nasty. FINALLY at 12:10, more then 2 hours after I checked in, I walked out. If they knew, that were so far behind, I should have been told this when I arrived, orbst the very least, after I was waiting,I shouldn't have questioned my appointment time... The woman who greeted me made the check-in process effortless. She was knowledgeable and very friendly . The MRI technician was well trained, also friendly and made sure that I was safe and comfortable. At the end, the MRI disc was not able to be downloaded and I needed to leave. Since I did not live close by and I needed the disc as soon as possible, she sent it to me ups and I received it the following day. I was also able to get my report within a few days , just in time for my doctor appointment . I highly recommend this MRI facility located in Naples. read more

I had a simple brain scan with and without contrast (mostly without) for vertigo. I went in and had to wait over an hour late (which is ok - I understand they get busy). The issue I had was that Ivan had to stick me 5X times (once in each arm, back of each hand once and side of arm the last time) and then on the final try to get a vein he pushed it in too hard and blew the vein and infiltrated my arm with MRI contrast. There was no one else there to try to get in my vein. It was quite painful - large bruise and fluid filled bump that they gave me an ice pack for. Not only did the scan turn out poor (as per outside Radiologist) due to a lack of contrast getting into the brain area but they would not redo the scan without new instructions from my doctor which they then could bill again to the insurance and charge me for again. When I complained and tried to set up a "redo" and they initially said "redo's" were quite common (probably more so at their facility). I had to insist on the redo and they did then scheduled me twice and both times they texted me a message on the day of the scan that they had cancelled my redo because the scan was acceptable (by their radiologist). FYI: I have ok veins as the lab for Millenium just took 4 viles of blood and the tech there said this looks like a good vein and got right in without a butterfly needle. I pity someone that goes here who doesn't have decent veins. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY - LOOK AT THE REVIEWS NOT JUST MINE. I should have read the reviews here (2.2/5) before ever scheduling with this facility. I wish I had more recourse but they keep getting away with it. VERY VERY POOR MEDICAL INSTITUTION. read more

Naples, Florida November 27, 2024 I walked in feeling good. Within minutes the MRI technician made me feel very uncomfortable. He was an older man. When I told him the younger guy made me very comfortable a few weeks ago, he took it as a personal attack. He flared his eyes in disbelief and yelled at me, saying that he was in this field for many years and I trained him (younger guy). He was taking my nervousness personally as if I was directing my anguish at him. His emotional intelligence was seriously lacking. He didn't consider that patients are sick, some with Motor Neuron issues. He continued to tell me to calm down and showed me the machine that went into a lying down position with a slight angle by raising the table way up in the air for a pelvic MRI. I said the technician last time had the table at much less of an angle but that I would try it. He was angry that I compared to the other technician again and said He said NO. I will call the manager, He was angry, I was crying. The manager insisted I yelled at him and that I could have no further appointments and that I need to leave. These people don't seem to realize that people going for MRI's are really sick, some have neural issues and cry easily. Get upset. I did not yell at this man. he was full of a giant size bruised ego and lied to the manager about me yelling at him. I wasn't yelling. I did raise my voice and tell him to stop telling me to calm down after the fourth time, as that just makes it worse. Really, he was upset that I wanted the "less experienced" technician. That less experienced technician calmed me down so easily and performed two MRIs with contrast only two weeks earlier. Because of the older tech lying to his boss, she. very young and unexperienced and uncaring of the circumstances of very sick people supported him without question. I was banished from the place. I am sick and I needed help, I didn't need to feed a technician's ego. I needed them to help me. They think people going for MRI's are perfectly fine and not sick at all. They expect to act anyway they want but don't ever get upset or you will be banished to protect terrible egotistical employees that lie. Shame on them, this is not a medical facility it is a business that wants to deal with only happy healthy people. Someone tell them they are in the wrong business. read more

Watch going here if you have any kind of accident case involving an atty. They jack up the rate by around 300% and if you lose your case in court, they won't even reduce to the non-insured rate. They are money a money hungry organization. I called to see what the self-pay uninsured rate was for an MRI and was told it was around $450 (in 2017), but they charged me $1600 a piece for my MRI's instead. Then agreed to reduce the bill to almost $1k more than the self pay rate; however, if you don't pay it all at once, they break your bill into sections, sell it off in pieces to debt collectors (for the original non-reduced amount) and then still expect to get the full amount originally agreed upon. Stand Up MRI had a patient who's MRI took a very long time and exceeded their time slot. As a result; all the patients were backed up over an hour for their MRI. The office staff should have called everyone and ask them to come latter for their appointment. They didn't do that and everyone was very annoyed with the lazy office staff. The technicians seemed to responsible and did a very good job. Stand Up MRI needs responsible office staff. read more

WATCH OUT " BILLING -----------I would give them more , But there billing try's to bill customers for there medicare deductible when its all ready been payed earlier in the year , so WATCH OUT OUT FOR THE UNFAIR BILLING PRACTICES -Trying to get more out of ELDERLY PEOPLE .....Also tried to call billing twice , no answer just leave all your info maybe someone might call you back....... read more

Ive been sending my patients here for years for spinal and extremities studies for years, always diagnostic quality imaging which clearly demonstrates and reveals the patients source of pain...Would highly recommend this MRI diagnostic Center...Patients who are claustrophobic can tolerate this machine because the design is different then most standard MRIs...They do get pretty busy so you may have to wait a few days to get an appointment but its worth the wait in my opinion.. PROS : I just finished my appt at Stand -up MRI , I arrived early for my 7:15am appt and was welcomed by Elizabeth, she was totally sweet despite it being quite early ( I was the first appt ) she took my information while the machine was warming up, she was great. I was then met by the radiologist, again a very nice nice gentleman who made the experience quite comfortable for me , It only took 20 or so minutes till I was finished. I highly recommend this office for anyone considering this procedure. CONS : At 7:15am a Kuerig machine for some coffee that early would have been nice, for a $1600 procedure I don't think a .50cent cup of Joe is too much to ask ( thus the 4star instead of 5 ) read more

The lady in the front was arrogant and mouthy. She did get the job done and could take what she dished out. The machine is the reason I went there and everything was fine until I checked my locker when I came back from the MRI. I had a nice pocket knife that was not in the locker when I came back. I got dressed and came to the front and asked about the pocket knife. I was told that there is only 1 key and I had it with me in the MRI and no one could get into the locker , I heard the guy in the back say did it have a butterfly on it and then he went in to do another person's MRI. I said again that my knife is missing and heard the same story. My knife did have a butterfly on it and I won't go there again. read more
