Sandy and her crews worked extremely hard to prep, cook, serve and clean up on site the venue. Sandy worked side by side w/ her crews non stop. The food portions were unbelievably large and generous! Our daughter wanted fried chicken which were fried on site for freshness, that exactly what Sandy and her crews delivered. Sandy's lump crab cakes on the plated salads were so delicious, we still talked about it. As a woman & a small business owner for 31 years, I can attest Sandy has delivered great services and products as promised. Sandy's bar tenders, especially her Son, worked very hard non stop in a hot July 4th weekend, providing amazing drinks to our thirsty guests.
