Our flooring contractor, Patrick, of Triple C Flooring recommended Paul Vu of ProSource to purchase the wood flooring to replace the standard carpet and tiles of our new 3600 SF home at Genoa by KB Homes in the Orchard Hills community. Paul was very helpful, friendly, and pleasant to work with. He helped my wife and me select our flooring over the course of a several months and multiple visits to their showroom. Paul was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to all our questions and requests. We exchanged dozens of emails and phone calls. Paul was always prompt to respond and diligently followed up--he exemplifies exceptional customer service. We decided to purchase 2100 SF of Muller Graff Noyer Highlands 5" Herringbone European white oak (made in Germany) and 1400 SF of the complementary straight planks (Lyon Hills 8 1/8"). We also purchased custom stair nosing. The pricing was reasonable and fair. We had to place multiple orders for the Herringbone due to changes in our plans while our contractor laid the flooring. Given the current supply issues, Paul worked diligently to secure our orders and avoided any delays. Yohansi, which I may or may not be mistaken is the big boss of the store, which I think he owns the store from my understanding unless I am wrong. I really really like this guy. Currently as of right now, my bathroom is being remodled but slowly is being put back together. My family and I have been communicating with Yohansi and he is very nice. He is also straight to the point, loves my son's hair, and easy to get along with. If you have any concerns or problems about any of the people he has sent out to you, he will definately take care of it. He makes sure your things that have been replaced are taken care of and inspecting it as well ProSource: When you walk into the store, the employees will ask you who sent you to their store because not anyone can just walk right in and start shopping. You have to tell them who sent you in and of course your reason why. I'm glad that they do ask because it makes you feel as if you're safe and secured. The store is really big and you could choose from tiles, wood, carpet, and many bathroom parts that they show off. The samples of the bathroom is really nice and I enjoyed taking a selfie in it ;) Picking out the tile that we need literally, no lie, was in two minutes. I say this, because, my mom and I had the sample with us of our old tile and I recommened bringing in the real sample of what you need will save you a lot of time! We weren't sure if they had our tile that we needed but bringing in a sample of the product that you want really does help and save time as well!! read more
