He asked great questions that helped us both identify what may be the best options for me. They have absolutely the best and unique selection!!! I absolutely love this place. Anything you want, you can find it here. The slabs are beautiful quality and our kitchen now looks amazing. They moved about 20 slabs for me so I could pick the perfect one, and didn't seem annoyed with my "picky" or perfectionist nature. Not to mention the prices were better than anyone in the area. We decided on mismatching the material on our island and counters, which I love. The island came out amazing, and we were able to backlight it, so it's quite the conversation piece. Unfortunately for me the quartz , non labeled, slabs they sell stain horribly. I have it in 2 of my both-rooms and both are stained where the slightest thing with pigment in it touches it...,make up powder for example. I have Caesar stone quartz in Snow in the kitchen in my other property since 2008 and it has never stained. Unfortunately, again, the sales rep that was very helpful is no longer there. I have dealt with Gabby on a few separate occasions and her service was very disappointing and was no exception when I called about the quartz stains . Also whoever the receptionist was a couple of years back was just plain frightening and she is the face of the business when you walk in. I did purchase some ceramic tiles here at good prices but would not return since the other rep Danielle is gone. I did find a beautiful Taj Mahal quartzite Just across the street for a much better price and service read more

We came here after a leak in our kitchen led to a remodel. One of the local tile and countertop shops in our area recommended we come to Pacifica for new counters and we are so happy we did! We looked at several places in Anaheim and between the unfriendly service (or lack service) and the same boring selection everywhere, we went to Pacifica in hopes of something better. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and offered coffee and water. It was a rainy day so we took them up on their offer. This was truly a nice touch. Then we met Shelby. She was the sweetest, nicest person we had dealt with during our countertop search. She gave us a tour of the warehouse and really listened to what we were looking for. I wanted marble and so many people scoffed at me and tried discouraging me from getting it but I love the look and we don't have kids so maintenance would be easy between my husband and I. Shelby took us to their marble selection and helped us find the perfect slab. She shared our enthusiasm when I said that our search was finally over. We went to our countertop shop (Forever Tile in Whittier) and had Tina the owner order our countertops. The rest of the process (fabrication, delivery, and installation) was taken care of by Forever Tile. I highly recommend Pacifica for your remodeling needs and do yourself a favor and ask for Shelby! They are lucky they get one star. I initially went to their store after the owner contacted me following up on an email I sent to his website. I was given several samples to bring home and show my wife. We picked the one we wanted and I went back and placed the order with them at an agreed price. They gave me the proforma and everything. We had a meeting of the minds that I would buy a certain amount of product at the price quoted. I kept in touch via email and phone for the two weeks that scheduling did not work out. I called the business and told them I would be driving down there to make a full payments and I was told to come on in. I drove 40 miles to their store and when I was about to make a payment, they said they could not find the product. I went to their parking lot and the product was right there in front of me. All of a sudden the salesman told me that the product is no longer for sale to me. He then tried to do the bait and switch and offer a different, less inferior, cheaper product. We spoke to the manager and he just apologized saying the stone was sold to someone else. I asked if payment was made and he said it had not been. BE CAREFUL OF BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS especially by the curly haired salesman named Mohammed! We had to delay our project and buy the stone elsewhere. This is by far the best place I've visited for granite and marble. The staff is professional and very friendly. Great coffee and tea, too. The variety of tiles and slabs is incredible, AND they have plenty of stock. We were there for granite slabs but also looked at their huge selection of tiles of different types of stone. Although this is a wholesale outfit, they welcome individual homeowners. The sales staff accompanied us to the slab section, took notes on what we were interested in, and even gave us price ranges (they'll give our contractor the final price) so we can match our 'likes' to our budget. My salesperson, Josh Wells, was able to suggest other slabs based on the ones I liked. I arrived looking for one type of slab and left after finding it and several beautiful and affordable alternatives. My husband came along for the second visit so we could make our selection. Michelle Lapierre, soon-to-be Delvecchio, accompanied us this time. She was very helpful and efficient, and impressed us with her knowledge of the business and enthusiasm for her job. Michelle also designed Pacifica's website. It's comprehensive, easy to navigate, nice to look at; one of the best company websites I've seen. I highly recommend Pacifica Wholesale Tile & Stone. They can get ANYTHING, not like the stores on Tile row, where they try to talk you into whatever is easiest to get.
