Great customer service! I visited the store probably about 4 times trying to match some existing tile, talking to different employees on most visits. Even thought my project was small the staff was very attentive and helpful. While they don't let you take store samples home, they ordered samples from the manufacturer which quickly arrived. Overall a very positive purchase experience. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I got a sample from the store and paid a deposit. When I returned to the store and gave back the sample, they refused to refund my money. The store manager even told me to get out of the store. The customer service is terrible. Please avoid this store because they try to steal your money and provide no customer service. I'm writing this for those reading my review to let them know how rudely the owner of this store treated me as a customer. He said, "Don't talk; I'm speaking to my employee." When he turned back to talk to me, I said, "You should respect your customers and listen to them first." He then told me to leave the store. My spouse was at this store today to return the stone samples we had taken last week and to get the deposit back. The store owner spoke to her very rudely, told her to leave immediately, and refused to refund the deposit or even accept the return of the samples. He didn't provide a receipt for the samples either and demanded that she leave the store right away, even though the samples were returned within a week and the policy states they can be returned within 30 days. How can he justify speaking to a woman in such a manner and making no effort to resolve the issue? It's not all about money; as a store owner, you must respect your customers. My spouse was so upset by his behavior that she cried for hours. I feel sorry for anyone who shops at this store because the owner has no respect for women and does not support his customers. All he seems to care about is taking money. I'm truly disappointed. Most amazing and helpful phone call to a tile warehouse or store of any kind , I called to ask if they stocked a certain brand of tile that I'm having such a hard time finding , and the very knowledgeable guy that answered told me that they're their competitors and they wouldn't carry it , and he still went out of his way to inform me how I could locate it , all this right before closing time. Checking out Tile Row in Anaheim, this is one of the few that are open Sundays which is a bonus, but also one of the more pricey options. Also not a huge fan of the service, we were in here for quite some time and not one sales person approached us. Redoing my fireplace and went in to buy a prefab quartz or granite slab piece. Tiffany helped through the process and it was a breeze. They don't have actual slabs in stock and I had to drive over to their distro store (a separate wholesaler) but it wasn't too far. I think that's how most of these businesses operate in the area. When I went to the distro/wholesaler, I got to see the actual slabs and they even gave me samples for two different slabs to try out at home. Tiffany was awesome and made it extremely easy. When my wife and I first walked into Ca Wholesale (following visits to other stone stores along State College Blvd), we were greeted by Mario, who was standing adjacent to the porcelain wood tile that we would eventually install in our home (Time Design Nova Bell Ambra). From the get-go, Mario went out of his way to meet our desires for the significant decision of installing new floors throughout our 2 story home (about 1500 square feet). Mario always jumped into action when we had a need or concern, and he could not have been more helpful. During this challenging process, Mario had left for a week of vacation, and Tiffiany stepped in and assisted us in the design of our bathroom, which turned out beautiful. Thank you Tiffany for your input. Mario (and Tiffany) recommended Ricardo as the installer, so with our trust in the sales team, we went with him. Ricardo showed up the first morning at 7:15 AM, and continued to do so with his crew for another 14 days until the job was finished. They were a hard working group. It was a challenging job moving furniture around the house to enable things to get done and the work to be completed. We trusted them when we left the day for work. They always worked straight through from 7:30 AM to 5 PM. Besides the floor, Ricardo also installed floor molding, completed a "wow" factor on our fireplace, and did 2 awesome looking bathrooms. We went with all of Ricardo's recommendations, such as where to purchase our mantel for the fireplace along with floor molding. He sent us to Austin Hardwoods in Santa Ana, and they were an awesome place to complete our purchases; they couldn't have been more helpful. Ricardo also sent us to 405 Cabinets & Stone to purchase a granite double sink countertop for our master bedroom bath, and it looks awesome. Never again. After buying over $2,000 of floor tile, we decided to go back to buy granite for our kitchen counter. We had to go to a remote location which houses their supply - about 15 minutes away. Not a problem. There were many beautiful choices. Once there, we had to wander around to find granite we liked, then contact California Wholesale Tile for the price since the warehouse sells to many different retailers. Still not a problem. However, if the price was not in our budget, we had to wander around AGAIN, and find more choices. Then call CWT AGAIN to get prices. "Wash, rinse, repeat" until we found the magic combination of granite and price. We finally found granite that met both criteria. This is where it changed from "No Problem" to "BIG Problem." When we got to California Wholesale Tile to pay for it, Sam told us that, sorry, he made a mistake. The price he quoted us over the phone was NOT the actual price. The real price was roughly 20% higher. Seriously?? We had two choices: start the entire process over again - which had taken about 2 weeks by this time, with an elderly mother in a wheelchair; or pay the extra 20%. They refused to come down on their price AT ALL even though it was their mistake which resulted in our inconvenience and knowing how dissatisfied we were. Really, what kind of business doesn't honor a quoted price??? If it were up to me, we would have taken our business elsewhere. However, my elderly mother was already much too stressed over this prolonged experience. I will not use them again. read more
