Found this store online while conducting online research for conference room furniture for my employer. They has several options to choose from so after visiting the showroom I helped to facilitate the purchase of two tables, the matching credenza, and 19 chairs. The two tables were to be bracketed together to make one table. We also had four grommets for power and data sources installed the day of deliver. Fourteen to the chairs were executive leather and look very sleek around the table. The remaining chairs were purchased and lined against the wall in the room for additional seating. We loved the chairs so much we purchased an additional five. The entire process went relatively fast and the customer service was great. Worked with Ray on a 2024 year-end purchase for work cubicles. Zero Issues. He walked through what he needed to provide specifications for the workstation layout. NOL delivered on time and completed the set up in a day. The on-site team did a great job with the moving and installation. Very professional, timely, and the cubicles were in excellent condition. Not helpful. I needed to have a desk credenza liquidated or given to charity. This company wants to deal with only huge companies wanting ALL its furniture liquidated. It has no interest in one little heavy desk credenza in excellent condition. read more

I was very impressed with the selection at this store (for both personal and business use), as well as the prices. The cost of furniture was significantly less than other places that I looked, and the quality is great. I worked with John and Ray (manager), and both were very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the directions are a little difficult to understand - so I recommend paying extra for them to assemble your furniture, or allot a lot of time and patience to do so! We built our desk ourselves, and were very impressed with the quality... so we've already ordered a matching book case. read more

Moving business to a new location, and wanted to update furniture. We worked with Myles for several hours, while we went back and forth with our decision making, to select furniture for a reception area, two offices, a conference room and a break room. Ray was also very helpful, coming up with a solution to customize one of the desk units for us, while Myles was assisting another customer. We feel that the prices were very acceptable, the selections were a great value for the price, and we can't wait to see them in place at our new location! Watch out this people/business have a real nasty way to do business I bought a new furniture that they had in the floor and they told me they had them brand new on a box when I got home and unboxed them they were different color No return accepted or 30% just to put it back in the shelf ? I have never had so many issues ordering furniture from a company, or had such poor customer service. In fact, I'm questioning if they are even in business, considering they haven't responded to my emails and when I call, I always get an answering service. I ordered an 8ft conference table and reception desk on 1/29. It was supposed to be delivered 2/16, but I received a call that the delivery truck broke down and was being serviced. My delivery date was moved with 2/19- no problem. On 2/19, the date of my delivery, I was told that my 8ft conference table had been given away to another customer...What?!? They offered me a 10ft conference table as a loaner until my 8ft conference table could be delivered. But wait, there's more. The delivery men who put my reception desk together struggled the entire time with the instructions. They were unable to figure out how to attached a frosted glass panel to the reception desk. They said they were missing the parts to attach the frosted glass and would complete the attachment when they returned with the new conference table. THEN, They damaged a panel on the reception desk and two screws have broken through the panel, leaving 2 large very visible holes where the screws broke through the panel and pieces of the panel broke off. I took photos of the damage and emailed Marshale on 2/19, to which she said, "Oh wow. I do apologize for this. My store manager and I will get working on a solution right away. Thank you for your patience." It's 3/26. I've sent a follow-up email, I've called- there's been absolutely ZERO response. I'm shocked by how many times the ball has been dropped and I will never do business with this company again. read more

I got an office chair from NOI a few weeks ago given the increased working from home conditions, and I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. I worked with Ray, who was the one who answered the phone when I called, and extremely helpful over email as well. I wanted a very specific chair with lumbar support, and found one on their site, which happened to be at their Phoenix, AZ location. He offered me an alternative they had at their store here in Houston, which wasn't exactly what I wanted, but it was 95% of the way there and slightly cheaper so I appreciated the offer. They ordered the chair I wanted, which arrived in less than a week, and I picked it up from the store since it wasn't too far. The store wasn't overly fancy, but they had a nice selection, friendly service, and the prices are unbeatable. My chair was in true "like new" condition when I got it, about half the price it would have been new, and they offer their own warranty for several years. They had a large selection and I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone needing any office furniture... though mostly they have chairs. read more

Called up to order a Steelcase LEAP chair that was on sale. Talked with Dorothy. I'd originally wanted a black leather, but we found a brown leather in stock locally at the Houston warehouse. Gave payment details pretty close to 5pm on a Tuesday, and the chair was delivered to my office on Wednesday morning before I even got to work! Will be buying from them again. read more

I was in the market for an executive desk, credenza and bookcase. I went online and found a beautiful used contemporary cherry desk and bookcase in their Phoenix office at a significant discount to the new price. Since I am in Houston, I called their Houston office and talked to Geri. Geri did a fantastic job of explaining the process and logistics to me. She got the desk on a truck to Houston and had it delivered and set-up in my office within a week. The desk is in excellent condition and is stunning. If you are in Houston, call Geri.
