After months on the waitlist, we were thrilled to start. Unfortunately, our first day didn't meet expectations. The facility was smaller than anticipated and felt overcrowded. With literally all four sessions happening at the same time, it was truly hard to hear, and cheer seemed to take over most of the space while gymnastics was pushed off to the side. The front desk staff was kind, but the coaching approach lacked warmth. As a first-time student there, my daughter received little guidance and was expected to immediately know what to do. A more welcoming environment would have made a big difference. We decided to withdraw her the same day. What concerned me most was that no one followed up after we paid for the month but never returned after only one day. it signaled a lack of care about the family experience. We'll be returning to her previous gym, where she feels more supported. Wishing this business the best, but it wasn't the right fit for us.

My daughter was a little shy at first and hard to control (2 year olds) but coach Chloe worked with her and had a lot of patience with a class of 4+ 2 year olds kids. We're still attending the class 6 months later and my daughter has learned so much! She is more outgoing, listens much better and is so excited every Saturday to go to gymnastics! I gave 5 stars because of Chloe... the gym itself is open air so it gets hot. I wish they had more room for toddlers besides the 1 little room to the side that can become crowded and very hot if there's families with the kids attending the class.

Parking is quite accessible, and the people excepting money for admission were very pleasant; seating was rather deplorable as we were forced to sit on hard planks of wood that you would expect from back in the 70's ; steel posts were right in front of several of us in the viewing gallery and the video screen for the scoring was absolutely unacceptable! The lights could've been dimmed so that the screen could have been seen from us in the seating area and there was only one loud speaker in the entire facility. The dancing routines could've been amplified in order to get the crowd going, but no, not at this place... just loud enough so that the young ladies could hear their routine while doing their floor exercise. I would encourage patrons of this facility to take advantage of the Wi-Fi because the building is made of metal and simply blocks out any way of getting any decent phone reception. A few simple tweaks, and this place could really be a nice facility for gymnastics .

My daughter was on team , we were initially looking at the USAG program and we made the decision to enroll into the TAAF program due to scheduling. They were very informative in helping us get settled into the gym as well understanding the difference in each team program and what to expect. The Coaches ( Princetta, Katie, Mary and Stephanie ) are amazing , no yelling , always being positive and encouraging to help build confidence in the gymnasts. It says a lot when other Coaches take the time to acknowledge and give corrections and offer support to a gymnast who is not necessarily under their own instruction and group on several occasions ( my daughter was spotted by Rick and Kadence on uneven bars ) . Anytime I have called or stood at the front desk Ms. Lori and Adrian were very helpful and welcoming . They were always eager to assist and make sure I had a good understanding when I had questions. They also would double check any payments or team fees when I had to update my records during meet season. They helped walk me through a blind access to my account and never passed any judgment for not being tech savvy. As far as the gym it is a very uniform and structured facility. If the gymnast are are on the uneven bars / balance beam they are able to see themselves on a tv screen to be able to see form and visualize the error / correction. A larger gym would be ideal somedays it may seam a little over crowded ( prior to COVID -19) . You have the ability to watch practice or drop off. As far as Beckie and Kurt they always made themselves accessible to any parents who had any questions or concerns . They gym has done a phenomenal job of insuring the gymnast safety. She was at 3 other gyms during her career. Her experience at Zenith has been wonderful. She is NOT the top of the podium, college scholarship gymnast, although she was State Vault Champion one year. She participated in gymnastics for the love of the sport. She has high functioning autism; her coaches and the owners took the time to understand her differences. They provided her with the clarity she needed to be the best she could be. When a teammate made fun of and began to bully her, the owner/head coach addressed it the moment I brought it to her attention. Zenith is the only gym where they took the time to understand my daughter. I can not put a value on the life skills she is taking with her; 1. Time Management; 2. Perseverance; 3. Dealing with Disappointment; 4. Respect; 4. Importance of Fitness; 5. Dedication; 6. Never Giving Up; 7. Functioning as part of a team; 8. And OK Beating the Crap out of anyone who challenges her to an arm wrestling contest I have been around the world of gymnastics for 15 1/2 years. I have learned quite a bit in that time. So, to address some of the negative comments: 1. The make-up policy and 30 day drop notice are well documented in the 'contract' everyone receives and signs upon enrollment. A 30 day drop notice is standard. Check other gyms in the area. There are sign-up sheets for make up classes posted on the front counter for recreational classes every month. There are limits on class size for the benefit of the students, so you can't just make-up anytime you want. 2. The bars and high beams are not used for birthday parties for safety purposes. Think about it. A 3 year old on a 4" piece of wood, 4' off the floor, even with 8" mats under them? Um, NO! 3. Insurance prohibits anyone from being on the gym floor without signing a waiver. There are signs on the doors to the actual gym clearly stating this. 4. There is always someone scheduled at the front desk. Sometimes that person has to run into the gym or is in the office that looks out on the front desk. The owners are not now, nor have they been blond in the 5 years my daughter has been at Zenith. Clearly, they were not the ones walking out the door.
