Came here with my friend to bring our girls to burn some energy. My friend has a monthly subscription here and she can bring a friend to visit. My girl loved it! She jumped and ran and did all the gymnastics kind of activities there. She was red of so much activity. You can go with your kids for a daily fee but it seems its more affordable to be a member especially if you have kiddos who need to be physically active quite a lot. read more

We had our daughters' birthday party here; and it was really great. Both girls had a blast and the staff was really great. I had bought a middle tier package with the hosts for the activities. It was well worth it; they engaged with all the kids (we had about 27) and everyone had a blast. Definitely have to be a little older to enjoy this place. Bad scheduling and timing of the party rooms Tools 37 minutes after the kids got seated to get the 8 pizzas we ordered and they had to rush to eat and move out 18 kids and 24 adults out of there in 16 minutes b/c u guys were late On the pizza and the communication and overall management was not good. We really liked Ninja Nation when our son first started his membership. While management wasn't always the most pleasant, we truly appreciated the coaches and training provided. However, our son's last visit is the reason for the 1-star rating. While I understand accidents do happen, I don't understand a parent not being contacted and informed when one occurs. Apparently, another child intentionally head-butted ours and his lip bled for 15 minutes while a coach took him to the bathroom and wiped his mouth continuously. Later, he was given an ice pack due to the severity of the swelling. All of this and not once did we receive a phone call. Our son suffered for hours before we arrived. We weren't even informed by staff during pickup; our son explained what happened. Then, when we asked for a manager we were told there wasn't one available. To add insult to injury, no one responded to my email inquiring about the matter. Needless to say, our son is no longer a member of Ninja Nation. It's so unfortunate because he absolutely enjoyed training there. read more

Had no idea there was a NN in Frisco. Loved the one in McKinney and Im excited for this one. Lots of obstacles for the kiddos to jump and do all sorts of craziness they love. Great for birthday parties, parents get to sit on the side and watch. Instructors can be seen all over, and if you need one, they are a few feet away. Really cool spot for the kiddos! read more

I choose this for a fun adult escape, celebrating my recent 39th Birthday. Upon arriving I was nervous it was only for children. That was not the case. We had a blast and we were definitely challenged the whole time. Staff was friendly and there was always someone available on the floor to demonstrate and answer our questions. This is a really cool venue and the instructors are so nice. This places has several obstacles you can pass and it's lighted up. They also play really good music. We had our niece's birthday party in the back and they had such a great time. Our party section was in the back with tables. We served pizza and drinks and our host helped do it all! Cool place. I like everything about this place but the one thing that's been frustrating about this place is that, from an operations and communications standpoint, it's severely lacking. I don't know if it's just the group that operates on Saturday mornings at 9am, but the couple of times I've taken my 3 year old for juniors class, they'll open after 9am for the 9am class. Today, they cancelled class without notifying anyone. No emails, no calls. The class was cancelled and you wouldn't know it unless you went to the website. Now here's the thing. The class was cancelled over a week ago, however they sent out a follow-up email saying, "that's a mistake and the class is actually going to happen on 2/26". Today, We were sitting in the parking lot, thinking "we'll this is kind of the usual pattern with them not opening on time anyway so we'll wait it out. 9:03, 9:05, 9:10... it wasn't until one of the parents gets out of his car and says, "hey they cancelled class but we didn't get an email or anything about it." Really? Another frustrating thing that has come up within the last month was they would host tournaments on the same morning as the class so they'd cancel the class. So... what? You can't facilitate another way? I have to wait till the next weekend for my kid to take the class? Great place, and great people... but personally, I haven't had enough good experiences with this place to give them a good rating. Please fix this. read more

Went for the first time yesterday and did a climbing stage, jumped off a ladder and terribly injured my tailbone, did like the rest, don't let your kids go to that stage and help prevent getting hurt. read more

So glad we finally checked this place out! We went for open gym time and it was awesome. It appeals to a wide range of ages, my kids are 11 and 9 and both had such great time. But we saw a lot of younger kids there as well. I appreciated the coaches on the floor helping the kids out. Great way to get energy out in a unique and athletic way! Out of town and Ready for Adventure! First off, I'm already excited that I heard I was going to this place for my little cousin's birthday. It was two little girl's birthdays today and the mom decided to book a couple hours at this place. When I hear that we're going to a Ninja Warrior like gym with a warp wall, I couldn't wait for that day! No matter how old you are, as long as you aren't prone to fractures of course, this place is the spot to go to! Walking in, I was already overwhelmed by what they had! People of all ages running around and don't obstacles. Whatever you seen on that American Ninja Warrior Show, this place is just like that! They have obstacles to jump, climb, and run through. They also have two lanes of the obstacle courses so you can race your friends. As for the climax, they have that HUUUUGE warp wall towards the end. I don't know if you guys have seen the actual warp wall, but in person, that thing is TERRIFYING! But don't fret, they do have just a slightly smaller warp wall that is certainly possible to do and to make you feel great ! The best part, the button on top releases a bunch of fog to make you feel triumphant. Also to add, this place has TOP NOTCH 10/10 staff. These girls and guys LOVE their job and they certainly show that by taking care of everyone and making sure you're safe. Down from the warp wall safety stretches and help with each obstacle course, these guys seriously didn't stop at anything to make sure your visit a great one. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember their names, but props to everyone there that day that made my family and the birthday girl's day. A couple of the people there also carried liquid chalk, which I have never seen before, but it's awesome! Bonus for that, that liquid chalk really helped get through those tough courses where you needed an extra grip. Overall, if you're looking for a place to celebrate your child's birthday or just have a great with friends, this is a great place to go! About an hour or 2 should suffice here, but you can always extend the hours. Thanks again you guys. read more
