She got the dentist; after basically telling me it all needs to be renewed; the hygienist was going to put my crown back on with cement. Dentist told her to clean out old cement before trying to put back in. She didn't; and eventually had to get dentist again. Again, told her to clean out old cement. Okay; she tried to do this (drilled for a while; still didn't fit) but by this time (1.45 minutes) I needed to leave and I couldn't wait . Dentist seemed knowledgeable but that assistant did not seem to know how to do this; made me very nervous. Front office was nice but said I'd get treatment plan yesterday and I'm still waiting today. Really wish they would have just said " I will not have this done till x date vs saying yesterday and then didn't do it. I've called and sent email and still waiting. I just want people to keep their word; that's all - real simple. Keep your commitment to your customers.

I show up and they said they canceled my appointment... They did not inform me of the cancellation. So I drove an hour to get there to also not be seen... done with them.

I was given an estimate for treatment, and although I wasn't able to do everything at once, I never felt pressured or judged. They treated me with so much kindness and respect. One of the best compliments came from a staff member. After I commented on how kind the doctor was, she said, "He treats us just as well as he treats his patients. That's just who he is." Now he says she is infected and needs another surgery to get the infection out. It has been a few years now and my baby still has lump in her cheek, says she doesn't feel right in her cheek and is permanently puffy on that side of her face.
