I had my gum graft done by him in July 2022 and it was the worse decision ever. The cost was outrageous, and then what I was quoted ended up being different. I paid for a retainer I never received, and the instruction's they give post surgery are terrible. I felt like I was just another number in his office and on follow up visits his staff was rather rough taking out my stitches and based on his Blaise attitude when I had my follow ups I could not tell if the procedure went well or not. Now, 3 years later my bottom teeth are moving and look terrible, and I was left with a hole in my lower gums. I was very disappointed with the overall experience and care taken by him and his staff.

From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed. Dr Mark looked out for my best interest knowing I could not take epinephrine due to my heart. During the entire procedure he checks with you and explains what is going on and assures you aren't in any pain. He called tonight to check in on me to be sure I was feeling alright and said if I had any questions or concerns to reach out to the office anytime. I wish he did regular dentist work as I would go back in a heart beat! At least I know if I need anything done that my regular dentist cannot do, I will be sure to go back to Dr Mark. The lady Xan I believe her name is said they accepted the insurance no problem. When we went there for the consultation they said they can do the surgery same day so I thought wow this is great. She told me the copay was $600 (I thought that was a little steep but paid the copay right then and there). My nephew got his teeth out. Then a few weeks later she text me saying I owe another $1700 because the insurance wasn't accepted if that was the case I would have never gone there in the first place I would have gone somewhere the insurance is actually accepted. She then very unprofessionally text me saying I owed the money I explained the whole insurance thing she then told me that they are struggling due to COVID and I would have to pay. I told her I would have never gone there if I knew the insurance wasn't going to pay them. I called the insurance company they said it was because the doctor put it under speciality surgery which was not the case. Paying over $2300 for teeth to be taken out of a child's mouth is ridiculous. They had no compassion for anything all they care about is money. Take your business elsewhere and go with a dentist that actually isn't a money scam. The lady in the front office who handles everything is so rude. I asked her to have the dentist call me to discuss this matter I never got a call back.
