Otherwise you should honor it to those who have made the trip in based on what they found on the website. Because you wouldn't, you've lost a customer. I was considering buying a punch card pass, and will no longer. This could have been avoided had you said, whoops, those are old rates from the previous owners. I thought it would be fun to take my 1 1/2 year old and my 3 year old here to play one morning. Upon walking in, the woman at the front wasn't the nicest. I'm guessing mornings aren't her thing. The toddler area is pretty terrible. It's tucked under the tumbling and very dark. The toys also needed to be updated. It looked like pieces that they just picked up on bulk trash day that someone was throwing out. There isn't enough for a little one to do. The tubing area looked fun. However it's definitely for older kids. My 3 year old is on the tall side but he still struggled to reach some things, like steps going down. The music in there needs to be turned down. They have it blaring. It's a bit unnecessary. It wasn't busy but I've heard it's mass chaos in there some days. I wouldn't recommend bringing younger kids during busy times. It seems like one of those places where they could get trampled and it's definitely not the easiest for an adult to maneuver around up there if you have to go get your kid. read more

I had my two toddlers (3 & 4) birthday party here on a Sunday afternoon! It was perfect, they had set up the theme in the party room for me and made sure everyone was checked in! I am so disappointed in this establishment. We had a good experience when we attended a birthday party here 1 year and a half ago. So I was surprised how unprofessional and unfriendly they were when I tried taking my son and his two friend last Sunday for open play. I called the Prosper Playhouse at 1:30 pm and asked if they had open play today and until what time. I was told yes and that they were open until 4pm. Their website states 5:30pm, which was disregarded. We showed up at 2:45 pm to a sign at the door that said "Enjoy the weather, we are closed" I didn't write this review immediately, because I wanted to call them to explain what happened. I just got off the phone with them. They said it was a slow traffic day and they decided to close. Also that there are many days they close without knowing before hand because of full facility rentals. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she didn't they were going to do that because she had already left for the day last week. Needless to say, they will not last long if they have conflicting information on their website and front staff that is not sympathetic when working with children. ***** There isn't a way to reply to the owner, but the person on the phone said it was a slow day that's why they closed. This place is too small! People who are hosting parties should have priority and allowing people in from the public should be capped to help eliminate feeling crowded. Instead, they allowed people in from the public on top of hosting parties! The staff lacked customer service( the front desk rep and the party host). This place was overpriced compared to other competitors. For the overall experience we got, I would not go back! Very sad to have to write this knowing they are a small business! I'm a little torn on how to review this place. I would truly give it 3.5 stars if that was an option. What makes it unique is that it is the only indoor playhouse in Prosper. It charges a premium of $14/child. It's also in the middle of nowhere in an industrial park so there's not much to do nearby i.e. can't combine errands. If you are willing to drive 10-15 miles, the world is your oyster and there are lots of options for kid entertainment, starting at $11/child. If you have more than one child, then the savings add up and is significant. Is Prosper Playhouse the most fun indoor playhouse my kids have been to? No, but it is the closest. Im part of a mom group and we thought it would be great to get the $100 punch card to come have play dates together, as we live far from one another, however the employees here FAILED to tell us they expire after 6 months. I come visit from California to specifically let our kids have fun in a kid safe environment. If I knew these were going to expire so soon I wouldn't have wasted my money in the first place. Prosper Playhouse is such a ripoff. They take advantage of you and your money. Their only interest is money. You can tell the people who work here are just there for the paycheck and don't actually give quality customer service and barely train their workers, which is why this happened in the first place. Great environment. Ignore the ridiculous comment in an earlier review mentioning the air gun noises. This is a playground, not a library. This is a local family owned business. Owner and her daughter Lexi are always so welcoming and remember us whenever we come back. My son (2yrs) always wants to go back to play with Lexi. Center is very clean has a lot of neat activities that I hadn't seen before like tricycles (special kind without pedals), air guns (you can't actually hit anyone so no one gets hurt), etc. That have a loyalty/gift card you can purchase that reduces the per visit cost; a great deal. read more

We are a group of 6 moms with several kiddos and we love to take them to places like such. I have a 2 yr old and a 7 yr old. They had so much fun! My 2 yr old was able to climb everything. My 7 yr old was entertained the entire time!! The place was very clean. And The staff was very nice! I love that they have a day pass. So you can go in the morning, then go have lunch/nap time and return in the afternoon! read more

People that rent party rooms end up still in the other seating in main area... they pack the place too much. Wasn't happy with the amount of people and environment. More parents than kids standing around. Not sure how, but need to balance that out. read more

We had our daughters birthday party here today. We have been many times before and our daughter absolutely loves it here so it was a no brainer to have her party here. We booked it a couple of months in advance and I didn't pay attention and had a typo in my email address for the confirmation of booking. They emailed me right away after I contacted them and they changed it to the correct one. So we started off on a great foot. I got an email a few days before the party to confirm everything we had booked. They also let us know that other than pizza we could add everything as needed while there (extra waters, juice more kids than the 11 put in at booking) and we would settle it at the end. Which was super great because we weren't sure how many kids we would actually have. We got there about 15 min early they took us right to the party room, the hosts introduced themselves and took all of our cupcakes and got them on a nice stand, laid out the plates and napkins and put the favors on top of the plates for us. Basically got the whole room ready. They directed all the kids to the party room. The kids all ran off to play. They had a speaker system to call the kids when it was time to eat. They served the pizzas to all the kids as well as adults, they didn't let even the adults get their own pizza which was actually really great. They handed out the waters and tended to the kids amazingly. Then at the end they get brought out two wagons and helped us get everything loaded into our car. They really took all the stress away from hosting a birthday party. I cannot say enough good things about prosper playhouse but even more so our two fabulous hosts. It was also very cool temperature wise and clean! Both get major stars from us for that! Cannot recommend prosper playhouse enough! read more

Love taking my kiddos there to play. They have friendly staff and a very clean facility.

As you walk in, you are greeted by the girl at front. If its your first visit, you need to sign a waiver for the kid(s). Each child is $13 but they also have a 10 package for total $100. The place was clean and the bathrooms were even more clean. The playground was a good size and my 3 year old was able to easily climb through it. They have a small store with Activewear for sale and a snack bar with drinks and snacks. read more

WORST Costumer service!!! The Owner being upset that I wasn't spending money at her subpar cafe (Which was entirely untrue seeing as we had already payed $50 entrance for 3 kids buying a water bottle 2 coffees 4 Oreo packages and a $5 cup of MacNcheese) took it upon herself to throw away 2 of my kiddos drink cups because she thought they were juice. Another kiddo had the same type of cup but his wasnt thrown away which is more confusing as to why she needed to throw ours away. Had she done the right thing which was to look for me and politely tell me outside beverages weren't allowed then I could have explained that I have come many times with the same cup and told as long as it was water it was ok which they had water from a bottle of water I purchased from the cafe. She could have asked I not bring them again I wouldn't have cared. Instead of owning up to her mistake, realizing she handled it incorrectly and sincerely apologizing she says yea sorry with attitude and rudeness, when I further try to explain that now I have an upset toddler actively crying looking for her baby shark cup she continues with what more do you want I said I was sorry you can either grab them out of the trash or I can give you a cup of water. Suggesting I dig through trash to have my kids put their mouth on them again is disgusting. Also makes me call into question what she thinks is acceptable to do in her cafe. Oh and she didn't forget to mention that I could just buy another juice cup but couldn't even be bothered to offer my crying toddler a free juice box since she threw away her cup what toddler would be okay exchanging their favorite character cup for a cup of tap water ?! We attended one of their events and it was so jam packed you couldn't even enjoy the place. My kids are younger and the toddler area was pitiful. We didn't stay long at all. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and continued to follow their Facebook thinking we will try again when there isn't an event. It was extremely disappointing to see them trying to sell Target dollar section items as "boutique" for over double the Target price. When I commented asking about how Target dollar section items are boutique they removed the post and all photos of the Target items. I take my nephew who is 1 1/2 and we have a blast. I can only last a little over an hour cause I chase after him and he's a climber so it wears me. Which is so worth it because he has so much fun and it wears him out too. I think $15 for the hour I'm there is a bit much that's why I won't give the 5 stars. As much as i love coming to this place, the young woman that works up front needs to relax. ITS. A. PLAYHOUSE. She has the rudest look on at all times as she just STARES at the kids and controls their every move. I understand being safe, but its almost like i can't even relax in there because i have to monitor my child at all times. One time, my child took their socks off and she spotted that from a mile away and chased after him to make sure he put that right back on. It's also super expensive to play and they won't even allow you to bring food inside. They make you pay even more money to purchase the crap they provide. read more

My three year old really enjoyed himself. It was $14 and he played for an hour and probably would have played longer if I would have stayed. It was clean in there. No one is wearing masks which doesn't bother me but might bother some. It is rather dark in some of the play area, and I couldn't let my toddler run free because you cannot see through the entire play area so I supervised which isn't fun for parents. Perhaps some let their kids run alone at that age, but I'm not with much older kids being rowdy. So my only complaint, wish you had more visibility. Maybe we will come back when he's a little older. I took my 3 year old here and paid 15+ dollars for a one day pass. I would say it was absolutely not worth the money. She was terrified of the loud air compressor that fueled the guns in the playground and would not play independently because of it. I would say this is more of a boy friendly environment. Went on a Sunday right at opening. It was a nice play space and seemed very clean. I liked being able to walk under the play structure to see my kids. $14 for a day pass seems like a great deal, as we've been to other play places that only give you a few hours at most for that. The reason we didn't get the punch card is because I honestly see it becoming chaos in there when it's busier and I can't keep track of both kids alone. There were no staff members monitoring. One parent sat in a chair to look at their phone, leaving her older kids to play. I understand the need for a break, believe me, but this is not the place for that. These older kids were swinging into us, screaming at us, and climbing up all the slides with no parental or staff intervention. I was concerned for the safety of my own kids and the ones not adequately supervised. Parent supervision should be required. I do not want to monitor others kids when I'm already trying to watch my own. read more
