That said, the biggest issue during our visit was staffing. There didn't seem to be enough staff present to help monitor the play areas. Older kids were frequently in the 3-and-under section, and parents were walking into the soft play area with shoes on, which kind of defeats the purpose of having a designated space for little ones. My only complaint was that the room was stocked with any supplies so anytime you needed something you had to hunt down a staff member and ask them to grab stuff when they should have had those items already stocked in the room (i.e. utensils, napkins). Overall enjoyed our visit and would recommend to other families looking for a safe, newer place for kids to enjoy and burn off their energy.
