If you have older kids, this is definitely not the place for you. * Broken Games: The "video game" area is a joke. They only have 12 older games, and only 4 of them actually work. * No Basic Amenities: There is absolutely nowhere to put your shoes. We visited on a Saturday in June and left disappointed by the overall condition of the park. Many of the lounge chairs were either covered in bird droppings or had broken straps. Several inflatables felt noticeably underinflated, and many areas looked dirty and worn. The large screen at the wave pool was also missing, which added to the impression that upkeep has been put off. This park has a lot of potential and is conveniently located, but right now it feels tired and neglected. For the price of admission, I expected a cleaner and better-maintained experience. I hope management invests in refreshing the park because it could be a great family destination again.

2026 - Review #14…read more Booked a field trip here and my students had a blast. I worked with Kimmet to organize the whole thing and she was kind and attentive during the entire process. She answered all my questions and made the booking process seem less. Minus 1 star for our ticket mix up. We booked the all access package and by the time it was sorted out the All Access attraction (Tree Top) had a long line and wait. Also minus 1 star for the staff help, there was one lady at the front with red hair who seemed to have an attitude every time I came to ask a question. With 90 students and over 20 adults quite a bit of questions arose and some things were unclear. It would be helpful to assign a staff member to each field trip group to limit having to speak to multiple staff. Lastly, be mindful of the tunnels. They are fun however, we had middle school students present during our visit and they were making out in the tunnels. Better lighting could help fix this with a reminder to chaperones and parents to keep an eye on their children. He's been racing regularly since early November at another Andretti location and has already been officially verified as meeting the height requirement for the junior track. We came to this location excited, with family in town, expecting the same consistency. Instead, he was denied access based on a manager's visual guess from behind the counter. No one measured him. No policy was clearly explained. No customer records were checked. And the manager refused to even come out to engage directly. If height requirements are about safety (which we fully respect), then they should be enforced objectively and consistently. Guessing from a distance is not safety--it's laziness and poor leadership. What made this worse was the complete lack of empathy. Watching a child who loves racing go from excited to confused and disappointed--without explanation or care--was heartbreaking and entirely avoidable. The Andretti name stands for precision and professionalism. What we experienced here was the opposite: disengaged management, inconsistent policy enforcement, and a total breakdown in customer experience. We didn't ask for special treatment. We expected competence, consistency, and basic respect--especially when dealing with kids. This experience ruined our visit and seriously damaged our trust in this location. Until Andretti addresses these leadership and operational issues, we won't be returning--and we'll think twice before recommending it to other families.

This location offers single day tickets or annual passes. In my opinion, if you purchase the annual passes. It is equivalent to purchasing two single visit tickets. With each visit you receive two coins to be used throughout and a clear bar to hold all or your items. You can create a ring or race car crayon. You can create melted crayon splatter art. There is a coloring station, chalk area, watercolor painting, and a small indoor play area. It is a nice indoor area to take kiddos to beat the outdoor elements and still have fun. Snacks for purchase with surprise crayon visits for photos.

The staff were patient, kind, and helpful. Thank you for making the experience great! One of the things I didn't like were the playgrounds. I went with a four year old so naturally we went on the playground suitable for her age. I saw bigger children on this one and children not supervised by their parents. I didn't like how it was monitored.
