The bank routinely fails to take accountability for errors and offers no grace in resolving issues. Funds transfers are inconsistently and incorrectly handled, with processing delays of up to seven to eleven days, which is both unreasonable and far outside normal industry standards. In addition, the widespread closure of ATMs has made basic services such as deposits increasingly difficult, often requiring customers to visit other banks to complete routine transactions. This creates unnecessary inconvenience and reflects poorly on the bank's commitment to accessible customer service. As a result of these ongoing issues, I am moving my business elsewhere. This has been, without a doubt, the worst banking experience I have ever encountered.
