Was contacted afterwards to see if the repairs were satisfactory. Replied that the were and was very happy with them. Was then asked to take down my original review! Really??? Stated that I would update. Couple of days later I received a call asking if I had received the statement. Huh? Yeah, I got it and it's in the mail. Gotta say....5 stars for the repairs (Jesse was great!)...1 star for the customer service. Never been asked to take down a review before.

Truly a terrible, frustrating experience. My POC (Allie) absolutely refused to give me pricing on…read moretile and bathroom flooring I had picked out (unless I met with her in person, I guess?). She indicated that no printed, emailed, or texted pricing info was permitted, per Murley's policy. (Although that wasn't the case when I was pricing flooring with them weeks earlier). When I came in on a Sat, I was informed that no one else could provide me with the requested pricing on tile b/c Allie was off that day. Just crazy. I had already put $500 down to hold pricing on my 2,000 sq ft house flooring with Murley's. But b/c of the hassle when trying to obtain tile pricing, I ended up going elsewhere that day so that I'd be ready to meet with my bathroom contractor on Sunday with actual materials costs. I got pricing on everything I wanted in about 20 min! And they even met Murley's price on flooring. Let's just say Murley's worked REALLY hard to lose my business. But they did it. I'll never go back. And I can't recommend them in good conscience to anyone else.

I shopped all over Tri-Cities over several weeks, and nowhere had such great help with such competitive prices! We gave a budget and brought samples of our existing tile, and she did the rest. Kim rocks! A few years back, we had the same experience with a different gentleman there while buying the living room carpet. We always gain a ton of knowledge as well as great products from this company. Kyle, the owner, has amazing employees and a great stock of flooring options. Tile, LVP, carpet, laminate, wood, and even countertop options. If they don't have it, they'll get it. Walk in and ask for Kim or call ahead and schedule a time with her.
