He took plenty of time to answer my questions, checked out a questionable tooth that another endo had insisted needed a root canal, and found that it did not. He also saw me for a possible allergy -- again, regarding a tooth that he hadn't worked on -- and didn't charge me for the appointment. It's obvious that he's not out to just to make money -- a very nice guy.

I was scheduled to see Brandon Scott with an appointment at 12:45 and had done my paperwork weeks before online. Another new patient walked in just in front of me and was filling out his paperwork. I came to learn we were both scheduled for a 12:45 appointment. They took him first (because of course they did), and got me in to do the xray 20 minutes later, then it was into the chair to wait. I sat in the chair listening to the laughing, cajoling and the chatter with the other patient for almost an hour then he was off to laugh with one of his assistants! When Brandon Scott finally found the time for my consult it was 1:50. I told him I had scheduled another appointment at 2:30, not thinking I'd be this long at his office for a consult. He had no apology, and became defensive, replying that he always schedule two patients at once and sometimes things happen. I told him I understood that sometimes things happen with each patient causing it to take longer, and that I got that, but that scheduling two at once was probably the bigger problem. (I mean... I have things to do as well and don't book my entire day around one CONSULT appointment.) He got up, removed the bib and said "Sorry Ma'am, this isn't going to work". He was cocky, arrogant and without any sort of apology for keeping me waiting for an hour. He only offered up some BS to the effect of "we all wait for doctors in their office". Well, sorry buddy, that's not justification for me waiting while you're laughing it up and flirting with one of your assistants! YES, I saw that. I was sitting up - turned toward the entrance taking notice of and listening to everything at that point! I was already anxious and waiting for so long while you laughed it up, only making my anxiety worse. I don't know whether this guy is good at what he does or not, I only know he seems to be full of himself and thinks he's the only endo in town. On the way out his receptionist resounded with a shocking "WOW", and made a feeble attempt to defend his actions. He was anything but professional IMO and there was no defending him to me. I walked out. So here's my recommendation: unless you're willing to HURRY UP AND WAIT until he makes the time to see you with no sense of urgency or importance, unless you fancy feeling like a number and not a person, unless you believe your time is less valuable than his or any doctor's time for that matter, I WOULD NOT recommend Dr. Brandon (the Arrogant CLOWN) Scott. He needs to learn a thing or two about a thing or two and work on his bedside manner. Here's a tip: Never trust a guy with two first names.

Dr. Wells walked me through the process beforehand so I would be comfortable the day of the procedure without having a lot of stress and anxiety. The root canal went great with no down time for recovery. It wasn't painful and the root canal was over in 45 minutes. The entire office staff was helpful and professional. The moment you walk through the door of the office until you leave the staff is cheerful and makes you feel welcomed. I highly recommend Dr. Wells and this group!

Both of these loving and easy going family members were badly exploited by their prior dentist. Kelly has been such a blessing. She is exceptionally gifted as a dentist and is more advanced in her knowledge than most. Kevin and the rest of the staff and admin are excellent. The facility is small but well equipped. Though I haven't met Kelly's associate and founder Dr Ferguson, I have no doubt that his philosophy and dedication is an important reason why this organization has remained so effective and patient oriented. Their receptionist was super nice, my pre-op nurse, Brad, was also awesome. Nice, personable, and professional. I had my shoulder worked on which required a block by an anesthesiologist. I don't remember his name but I think he was Indian. He was stupendous. He was kind and explained everything he did BEFORE he started. My block was predicted to last 12-18 hours and it lasted approximately 18.5! My first 24 hours post-op was completely pain free! Thanks doc! The post-op recovery nurse was also super kind and professional. The facility was clean and very comfortable. Given the choice I would choose SFSC AGAIN!

I think her name is Kristina (sorry if not) at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming. She greets me on every appointment. Dr Kyle is great. He has a warm personality. He speaks, ask how I'm doing and where my problem is located. He listens and does adjustments accordingly. I have severe back pain issues and although it's still there (he's not a magician) it has eased up where I move a little better and the pain is not as excruciating. I even got my husband going and he likes it as well.
