Very prompt and very thorough report, including a 2-page summary for our builder to take as additional punch list items. Being new to the area, he addressed questions we had about construction in a different part of the country and took the time to explain things that were both necessary and unnecessary. Since Kevin is a civil engineer, we felt very comfortable discussing technical aspects of our new home. Kevin was terrific and we highly recommend his services.
