I had heard a lot of hype around if a company charges less than $30 a month for monitoring than there a small time "mom & pop shop" and to stay away from it. This is not true at all with these guys. I have accidently set off my alarm 3 times now just from not being used to having one and everytime I recieved a call within 30 sec asking me if I was ok and needed help. The package came already programmed and ready to go out of the box and literally took me 15 min to install. I am not technical at all by the way so thats saying something. And get this I didnt even have to sign a contract with them. There monitoring rate is 16.99 including the cellular technology which ADT wanted 47.99 for and an extra 199 for the cell equipment. Homeshield threw that in for free. I would recommend this company 100% they are a pleasure to work with. I am a Homeshield customer for life.
