I have bought and sold many homes over the years and as part of the process have always had home inspections performed. Armin is by far the best home inspector in every sense: Punctual, polite, professional, patient and extremely thorough. Prior to beginning his inspection, Armin met with us (buyers) and carefully explained the process: everything he would be doing - and what he would not be doing - in the course of the inspection. He then proceeded to inspect, examine and evaluate the entire property - inside and out, top (roof and attic) to bottom. Though for the most part we tried to keep out of his way and let him do his thing, he did take the time to point out certain things during the process to make us aware, and he also patiently answered questions we had about things we ourselves had seen. To say he was thorough is really an understatement. He did not rush through any part of the inspection and wound up spending a great deal more time than he had anticipated - never mentioning or complaining about having had to do so. Following the lengthy inspection, Amin took additional time to go over his findings, including sharing the many photos he had taken - to explain in great detail what we would be getting in his inspection report to follow. He told us - and in many cases walked us through the house to show us - what he found that needed to be addressed and how he felt those issues needed to be taken care of. He patiently answered all of the (many) additional questions and concerns we had. The evening after the inspection, we were surprised to receive Armin's written detailed report so quickly - color coded to prioritize which issues he found were more important than others in terms of what he felt should be taken care of. His photos included not only what he found on the house itself, but in many cases what things should look like if they were correct. All told, Armin was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We felt we were dealing with someone who was knowledgable, honest and looking out for our best interests and we found his fees to be reasonable. It is without hesitation the I highly recommend Armin to anyone who is looking to have as positive a home inspection experience as we were fortunate to have with him. If it were possible to give him more than five stars, I would.

He spent 4 hours climbing on the roof, attic, pool, spa, he took everything apart and found so many small issues that we can now have the seller fix, it was more than worth the money. He noticed things like a loose tile on the roof, a brick by the pool loose, kitchen burner defect, all things we would have not nticed until it was too late. Their courtesy made them stand out from the other potential vendors that did not even acknowledge my parents, who were the ones paying for the painting of their home. They also provided solutions to a problem we had, removal of old furniture and taking it to the dump. The solution to this problem made it easier to say yes to starting the work. We were looking to have the interior painting done quickly and they started right away. They moved furniture as needed, being careful with each item. I also appreciated the care they took to contain the paint fumes as much as possible and protect items with plastic and tarps. Painting a large home with an elderly couple living there is not an easy task, yet Kevin and his crew worked diligently to get the job done as quickly as possible. They were sensitive to our needs and adjusted the schedule as needed to accommodate. At the end of each day they said goodbye and thanked my parents and I for the work.
