A special mention goes to Kat Librojo, the Activities Director/Life Enhancement Coordinator, who has truly made a remarkable difference in my parents' daily lives. Kat plans a wide variety of fun, engaging, and meaningful activities that keep residents active and connected. My parents participate daily in many of Kat's programs--from exercise in the gym, balloon games, trivia, and bingo, to flower arranging, chair Pilates, core strength classes, and their favorite: Thursday Happy Hour with live music! Kat is always full of energy and creativity, and whenever I visit, she's there with a smile, often decorating for the next holiday or special event.
