We used Protrans round trip between SLC and Park City, and could not have been more impressed. The SUVs were new, clean, and on time, and the drivers were extremely nice both times. While it's more expensive than Uber or Lyft, it's absolutely worth it. We heard nightmare stories about scheduled Ubers and Lyfts cancelling at the last minute and making people late for flights, but we knew we didn't have to worry about that with Protrans, and we also knew we wouldn't be crammed into a tiny car with all of our giant luggage. We use Protrans every time we come to Utah for skiing (both from and to SLC airport). They are phenomenal. The SUVs are clean and comfortable, the drivers are very curteous and professional. When arriving at the ski house during our day of departure, they are often there 15-mins early so we leave right on a time for the airport and are never rushed when loading.
