First of all, they were actually opened on a Sat afternoon and said they would be open until 4:00. I loaded my Honda mower into my van and when I arrived, Karl offered to take the blade off immediately and sharpen it - no need to drop it off and come back a week later. He offered to replace the bolts (since they were old and worn) and checked my oil and topped it off. I was back on the road in 15 mins and the cost was lower than I expected to pay for that kind of service! It is so rare to get that kind of rapid, friendly reliable service anymore.
