I went to a high end performance shop years ago here in Charlotte. They deal with the best of the best cars to included exotics and they did not want to take the chance mounting my wheels as they were afraid they would damage them. The recommended me to Wheel and Tire Exchange. They were able to mount the wheels no problem and at a very reasonable price. Fast forward 6 years later and if I need anything related to wheels or tires this is the first place I come. Customer service is top notch and the work performed is unmatched. I initially visited with a friend. Then, it was my turn to upgrade my rims. They worked with me to figure out my needs and what would work best for me. Once the decision was made (gun metal), the date was set and the rims and tires were installed. It has been some months now and I have had no issues. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will upgrade again when I eventually replace my vehicle. As a female, I did not feel taken advantage of but it pays to do a bit of research on your own to educate yourseelf on rims and tires before visiting. I needed a set of new rims for my BMW X3. Gary and his crew more than took care of me. The AWD was tricky and it took several tries to find the right combination that wouldn't give my car the shakes.
