Door signage, Apple Maps and Google all indicate Saturday Hours, but door is locked at 3:30? Truck full of outgoing shipments. Not cool.

I came in to drop off a package. There is a sign on the door saying masks are required and that they will limit the number of people inside. There are also places on the floor indicating how far apart you should be standing. I was greeted when I walked in. The young lady working was serving the customer in front of me. I was dropping off a Covid home Test that my employer had me take. She saw what type of package I was dropping off and instructed me to put it in the drop box in the corner. She was helpful and professional. I can only speak of my experience and it was a positive one. read more

My package has been stuck here for almost three weekdays according to tracking. Not sure what is going on.

There's a reason this business only has two stars. My first visit here consisted of me walking in with an armful of packages, and doors that open outward rather than inward. Not a good idea for a shipping store. I walk in and the person who appears to be running the place is helping some woman fix her wallet while I stand there with my arms loaded down with packages. There were two employees there, no greeting, no acknowledgment of my existence at all. I finally slam the packages down on the counter and ask can I just leave them here? Manager looks up briefly and says "yeah that's fine". So I have left my packages, and I can only hope that at some point someone who gives a shit will pick them up and take them to their destination. read more

This FedEx store is so hopelessly understaffed its insane. I have never been in here when I didn't have to wait in line at least 4 people deep and there is never more than one staff member assisting customers. The lone staff member, to his credit, is usually friendly and helpful - definitely better than I would be with a constant line of customers. The U.S. Post Office location across the street is usually faster. I can't believe that I just gave a veiled compliment to the USPS... read more

Congratulations to this location! You just lost yourselves a long-time customer! I have been using this particular location for over 7 years. They have helped me with a multitude of jobs over the years, including regularly printing and binding manuals that I sold as a side business. Sadly, under new management, this place appears to be taking a nose dive. I had always kept the document file in their long term storage. Upon placing a recurring order, like I've done hundreds of times, I was informed this file was deleted. It was removed from long term storage and deleted. I was told new management didn't know any better and as a result, the file was deleted and was no longer "in their system and We are sorry." So unfortunately this entire experience has lost me money, and I'm having to issue refunds to customers. This has caused me a mess of frustration and caused me to perform damage control. I will never use this poorly run location again. What a piss-poor way to manage a store. You should be embarrassed. Get your act together. read more

These guys are TERRIBLE! I was simply searching for a print service that would print business cards from a Quark Express file. Since FedEx Office online will not allow you to upload a QX file for this purpose, I decided to call the local FedEx Office location in Suwanee to see if they could help. When I called, I asked the simple question: "Can you print business cards from a Quark Express file?" To which, the person on the other end of the phone answered with a vehement "Yes." 38 miles (roundtrip) and two hours of ugly Atlanta/Suwanee traffic later, I arrive at the FedEx Office location only to have them tell me that they "have no idea what you are talking about. We cannot even open a Quark Express file." Then...the technician says, "Let me copy the file." To which I reply, "No. do not copy the file. Please return my USB drive to me, and I will get help elsewhere." So...what does he do? He copies the file to his system drive... OK...no big deal on the file copy...after all...it was just a business card...and they can't read it anyway! But what a BUNCH OF YAHOOS...Like I have an extra two hours and 2 gallons of gas to waste just because somebody on the phone doesn't give a S*IT. Don't use these guys...they are missing a chip! read more

Waited 15 minutes for help and all I had to do was drop off a prepaid package. There were 6 customers in the store and only 1 employee was behind the counter and he was on the phone the entire time. I will say that when I was helped the employee was very respectful and polite. The interior of the store was also clean and newly refinished. Overall, if you can find another option, I would take it. read more

I visit this FedEx location several times a month, shipping multiple boxes each time. Although understaffed, I'm always offered help to pack and ship my packages if I'm the only customer. read more

If you come in to the store and Ramona is on the phone with her friends, do not interrupt her, she gets a nasty attitude. Get the hell out and come back latter or find a different Fedex office. read more

Agree that this location is understaffed however the employees that are there go above and beyond to try to make up for it. I'm in there multiple times a week for work projects. I know to add a bit of time to compensate for the wait time but the service is worth it:) read more

Went to go to the post office to ship a package, it wasn't there. I saw this place and decided to go there. Waited like 10 minutes before someone said anything to me. Asked for shipping price he told me to come down to the next register. I had to wait longer because the person he was helping was finished filling out his paper work. The other guy started helping someone else. When this guy got done I asked if the other guy not notice I had been here first. He said that they only had the one register that showed prices. Thats stupid, so does this mean if everyone who comes in there and only needs prices before they ship an item has to wait in one line while the other employee just stands there with his finger up his butt. Well he told me next day would be $10 and some change, I said ok, only to come home and see it wasn't getting there until 3 days later. I didn't go back cause I already had to drive 30 minutes to get home for a 10 mile trip. And it was during the evening traffic. This place needs new employees and a better system read more

I've used this location since it opened and have found the team to be very helpful. I've had both shipping and printing requirements. My printing requirements have been from various file formats and included color copying, 2-sided printing, and spiral binding. I've also used the self-service equipment with no problem. I've found it is best if you have a big project to email your file so they can get started on it as walking in at a busy time such as 4:30 when everyone wants to get a shipment out can be very busy and you would expect it to be busy at that time. read more
