After persistently asking for support, someone finally stepped in--but by then, the order had already been processed and was sent to the wrong location. To make matters worse, we're still not sure where the order actually went, and no one could give us a clear answer. We were simply trying to order business cards, and the lack of customer service and guidance made an already simple task extremely frustrating. I have the Konica Minolta c8000 press printer which is very expensive and extreamely hard to maintainant. Everytime I my printer run into problem I have to called a authorize dealer or Konica company to fix the printer. Everytime they come out they charge me min $155 plus tax for an hour. Functional Office system charge me only $85 an hour and I found that they have the same skill level just like the dealer for a lot less. They also very knowledgeable about the press c7000. They also very nice and take time for every small details. I also learn that if you lease a machine from them or buy it, and put it under maintainent contract they only charge ONE Penny yes 1 cent for each black and white copy and 5 cents for each color copy, they will provide everything, toner, drum, and if even when you have problem with your copier they will come out and fix it free of charge. I will definitely do that in the short future. I highly recommend this company, they very professional and very reliable.

The associate seem very confused as he was trying hard to sell me printer paper, then a membership to something. I told him no thank you. That I just wanted my item and to recycle some old ink cartridges. He told me I needed to purchase $50.00 in order to cycle cartridges to which I reminded him that I had just spent $60.00.
