Two employees were loud, dismissive, and had very poor attitudes. One employee, Lauren, openly stated that she did not care about customer service. When I calmly asked if she was okay, she raised her voice and told me to "get out of the store," all in front of other customers. This behavior was completely unacceptable and embarrassing. No customer should be treated this way. I chose to take my business to FedEx instead, where I received excellent service--and my shipping cost was $20 less than what UPS quoted. The franchise owner should be aware of how customers are being treated and embarrassed of his employees.

I called around needing a document notarized, and most places no longer offered that service or I needed to coordinate a time around their schedule. Thankfully, The Wrap & Mail Room offers notary at any time (no appointment necessary) and for $6 cash or card. I dropped in and also picked up a cute mother's day card, as they have a cute selection of cards made by a local artist (err, Austin... but it's Texas). They also have gift wrapping services, along with it being a mail room.

Her store offers many different services including shipping and receiving, mailboxes, virtual postal boxes, notarizations, copies, and more! The store also offers little adorable trinkets and other household items that you may need but always forget at the grocery store that you can easily pick up.
