He is kind, very understanding, patient, well educated and takes his time with you, listening to all your issues & concerns. I am very lucky to have found him! I think out of ALL the family doctors I have seen in my adult life, he has by far been the best. The staff is kind and really take care of you. Every time I ever called to address a medication concern or refill they get right on it! They are efficient and really provide amazing service!!! The nurses are sweet :) Oh, and when taking blood, they rock! Never hurts...they have magic needles I think. lol! They have a great team here!!! Again, very happy here!!!

Never seen any office run ahead, much less one of this size!!! I was beyond comfortable, feeling like they had all known me for years even though I was a first time patient. Pricing was very reasonable, and they seem to make follow ups or a change to an RX as easy as a phone call.

I've been a fan of having annual checkups with nurse practitioners over doctors for years. I find that I often get more personalized attention and time and also creativity. Jacqueline delivered on my expectations. Jacqueline does checkups for grownups, kids, and even well-woman exams. She is awesome. As a side note, the office is small which means you can get same day appointments.

I have always been able to get in on the same day when I am sick, which I greatly appreciate. When scheduling physicals, the appointment is usually within a week or two. Robin, the receptionist, is so sweet. She always remembers who I am, and does a great job at the front desk and phone. There have been several different nurses over the years, but right now, Nicole and Natasha are great! I like them a lot! Kathryn Fordham (Katie), the current NP that I see, is wonderful! I like her very much! She takes a lot of time with me, she is patient, seems interested, doesn't rush. The office is very clean and decorated nicely. I do like that I can get a cup of coffee (Keurig) on my way out the door too! That's a bonus!! I highly recommend this medical practice.

The Office/administrative parts of the practice have areas to improve. -No pre/post procedure of patient instructions -No Do's/Dont's sheet -Nothing written about the cost -Fasting (who knew I needed to fast....well, not until the day before I accidentally learned of it) In addition to the large fee (which I knew up front and expected), subsequent office visits are not included in that fee which is not disclosed to you anywhere. I am used to going to a doctors office for a procedure and provided with patient instructions in writing on things I need to know but patients are not given anything like this. Some things are just casually mentioned like: no aspirin, Advil, or Aleve, only Tylenol (I only learned of this when I asked a follow up question about the pain medicine). Wearing of a brace-my first visit I was told to wear the brace for 6 weeks but on the day of my procedure I was told 2 weeks. The procedure area is swollen but I have not idea if that is expected or not. Some of these things might be discussed with you during your visit but that's a lot to remember and I think they should provide a patient information sheet based on the type and/or location of the procedure. Lastly, I called to ask a question as to why I received a bill for the office visit (see my comment above about this) and the woman answering my questions was very rude. She was defensive and I tried to tell her my questions weren't directed at her but rather an opportunity for the office to improve its communication she patients. She kept interrupting me and finally I had to tell her how rude she was being. I am honestly not sure if I will go back to my followup appointment or not.

I had situation where I was supposed to pick up medicine but I ended up waiting till the weekend to attempt to get it, well the pharmacy said they didn't have anything for me, so I contacted NP Webber's office on a Saturday evening left a voice mail, and behold 10 Min's later I received a call from NP Webber who even though was outta town called in my RX again and made sure the pharmacy had it ready!....she is a BEAST!!
