I brought my one-year-old daughter here on Friday and had a very disappointing experience. I was first in line, but we still waited about 20 minutes because the provider had not arrived yet. During the visit, the nurse and NP were in and out for about 45 minutes running tests. My daughter got restless, so I walked her once around the hall. I didn't pass any other patients, only the front desk, yet they stopped me and told me I couldn't walk around "because of other patients." Later I saw about 20 people crowded in the waiting room, which made the whole thing feel inconsistent and unnecessary. The bigger issue happened afterward. My daughter was prescribed Tamiflu for the flu, but I accidentally spilled part of the bottle. I called the urgent care Sunday morning and was told to have CVS request a refill. CVS sent the request immediately. As of Monday night - more than 35 hours later - Providence still has not responded. My daughter needs the full dose, and I even spent 50 minutes on hold trying to reach someone with no answer. Between the delays, the lack of support, and no response to an urgent medication request for a sick toddler, this was extremely disappointing. I would caution other parents about using this location. read more

There is a women named Lizzy that works in the front. With a horrible attitude. Zero customer service skills or manners. She asked me to wait because she was helping someone else, which I did. Then when the person left, i politely walked over for her to help me, in the rudest must disgusting way possible she said, I told you to wait and I'll call you! Looked at me like she wanted to cut my head off. I ask please for management to look at the video. Now as I'm waiting to be checked in, she is answering phone calls... This place was great when no one knew it existed. Now, it will take hours before you're out of there because they only have one provider working. The girl at the front desk is awesome, welcoming, and she's got jokes. I appreciate her because when you're feeling your worst she can still make you laugh. The waiting room is very spacious too. I've been here twice recently, once with my husband and once for myself, both were within a week of each other. It took us 3 hours to get out of there when we were there for my husband. Any time they'd leave the room it was torture because you knew they'd return a half hour later with absolutely nothing having been done. My trip was a little under 2 hours, but I only had a sinus infection, whereas my husband had pneumonia and had a breathing treatment. I don't feel like the provider here prescribed enough antibiotic though. My daughter caught whatever my husband and I had and she was given a 10 day course via her pediatrician and it was explained that 10 days works best. Both my husband and I felt like our 7 day course of antibiotics wasn't enough and we were still really sick far beyond our antibiotics ending. The provider was kind and professional though, as is their nursing staff there. Unfortunately parking is not free and their parking garage is not cheap either. Their entry gates are not wide enough for wide vehicles and I get anxiety every time I need to go in and out. read more

I have been on hold for over an hour as the 1st one in the queue. This is absurd. I have tried their website for an alternative number and the number on their contact page is disconnected. This is unprofessional. I have been trying to call to verify if they treat Toddlers dislocated elbows or if I need to go to ER. My toddler is prone to this injury and I do not want to be struggling with her in pain and running around trying to find her treatment. Do not come here. I called twice around 6:30 explaining that I have an ear issue, and if they could see me. They told me to come and last client would be seen at 7:30. When I arrive there's an aggressive guard with folding arms blocking the lthe door letting me know they will not be seeing anyone else and to go to the ER. What a joke of a place. Front desk check in clerk is not qualified. She could not locate our insurance in there system. She was also not straight forward and kept insisting that we were at the wrong provider. I advised her that I called the insurance before arriving and they confirmed the the medical group and the urgent care location to visit. She kept insisting that we need to go to another urgent care and defending her position, finally and after several attempts, she asked her supervisor, and luckily the supervisor was able to help and find us on there system. It should not be that difficult to sign people in for service. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Walked in with my wife, they took our insurance info, $25 deductible and made us wait 45 mins until telling us they don't take our blue shield ppo. They had the audacity to say you can be seen for cash but it could cost thousands. "Just the visit and an iv could cost $1500 to start." I arrived around 6:30 and was warmly greeted and checked in by Michele, who made me feel welcome right away. In less than a minute after sitting down, Nurse Manny called me back, which was the fastest I've ever been seen at an urgent care. The quality of care was exceptional. Nurse Practitioner Sharon Kelly was incredibly kind and attentive; I wish she could be my primary doctor. I felt genuinely cared for and left feeling 100% better. Unlike other urgent care centers where I often feel rushed and overlooked, this experience was amazing, and I deeply appreciate the entire team. I had an incredibly upsetting experience here. I feel the need to preface this by saying I work in healthcare, directly in patient care at the hospital level, so I have a full range of understanding of the challenges faced by these employees. However I was treated in a truly unacceptable manner. I suffer from chronic migraines and occipital neurologia and was having a horrific flare up that did not respond to any of my at-home medications. I had been vomiting all night so I came here seeking help. Everyone was friendly at first, but after the first thing that they tried didn't work, an MA came in and gave me discharge papers without anyone discussing with me that this was going to happen. I explained that the first-line medication I was given had not been effective and they said to call my neurologist, who was closed for the weekend. I was repeatedly told that they don't give narcotics, which is not something that I asked for, or even need as I have them at home and they weren't working. They asked me what I wanted them to do, to which I explained that I didn't know, that's why I was at there, seeking help for excruciating pain that I didn't know how to fix. They repeatedly told me to follow up with my neurologist, who was still closed. I was pointed towards the exit and while I am embarrassed to admit it, on my way out I burst into tears in the hallway. I texted someone to ask for advice on what to do and while I was sitting in the hallway crying someone came up and told me that I needed to leave. They followed up, telling me that I could sit in the waiting room for a few minutes to get myself together, but that if I didn't leave shortly, security would escort me out. I was not being hostile or argumentative, and this threat was cruel and unnecessary. I have a complex medical history when it comes to my migraines and ON, and as a result I keep very good records in order to efficiently explain to anyone new to my case what is going on. When I reviewed my chart this morning, there were numerous factual errors. It was clear based on reading the notes from my visit that the providers were only partially paying attention, as multiple things in the visit notes were patently false. read more

Wow, I am beyond impressed-- this urgent care is truly top-tier. I arrived as a walk-in and was greeted by a kind receptionist. The area was super tidy and modern, which I appreciate since most medical-based settings tend to be unsanitary and a bit outdated. I was seen by an LVN who made my experience very comfortable, despite my discomfort I was experiencing as a result of my symptoms. I expressed my concerns and the team was beyond accommodating to ensure I received not only a treatment for my diagnosis, but a peace of mind as well. Jennifer, the PA, saw me immediately and let me know what the steps to recovery are. I was in and out within one short hour. If you are looking for excellent service and care, this urgent care is the way to go! It's conveniently located right across the emergency department of St. Joseph and there is a huge parking lot for everyone! read more

I really don't want to share this place and have to wait, so for now, I will say that this place is great (besides one time having to wait a long time for someone to come to the the room to see my daughter who had a rapidly spreading rash that needed immediate intervention). But everyone seems nice and knowledgeable, and I am planning to go back today because my cough isn't getting any better and I hope they can help. Excellent Urgent care. The front staff was friendly and efficient. My Dr was kind and helpful. My total wait was only 5 minutes.

If you have a child forget about this place. The staff was very unfriendly and assaulted my 1 year old. We came 3 hours before close and they were pushing us to leave so they could go home with backpacks ready in hand and pushed us off to the emergency room after they hurt our kid. We looked up the PA afterwards and she's a wanna be actress so clearly priorities are not straight. read more

I have never been to an urgent care where l've felt so welcomed by so many people; from reception and LVNs to the PA was helped with my treatment. Jennifer (the PA) is unmatched, she was amazing! They took in my husband, said there was nothing wrong with him then proceeded to give him medication and kick him out of the hospita. We were here on Christmas Eve for my daughters asthma. I was astonished at how quickly they checked us in, and how kind the staff was. Taking a preschooler to urgent care on Christmas Eve is nobody's idea of a happy holiday. And yet they were so quick and sent us home with an excellent treatment plan. read more

Honestly I don't even want to review this place because it was so wonderful that I want to keep it to myself - but I would be remiss if I didn't shower praise on the amazing staff here. Check-in was easy and fast. The entire office is spotlessly clean. They were so kind with my 6-year-old daughter, and the PA, Jennifer, made sure she felt comfortable and knew what was happening at every stage of the process and was never afraid. When Jennifer asked if my daughter had questions, my daughter thought about it and then asked "How does food get from your mouth to your stomach?" which was a question that didn't have anything to do with the situation at hand, but Jennifer still took the time to answer it and even brought in an anatomy chart to explain it further. Tests were run quickly, prescriptions were called in, overall the best experience I have had at any urgent care ever. Thank you to very kind staff (including security) who helped us.
