Ashley helped me recover several hundred dollars that were tied up in Visa gift cards "under security review" for over six months. Recently I have been using the Los Gatos Branch as my main source for banking needs and have been working with Ashley for my Business Banking needs. Initially, there were some issues on my end with paperwork which I thought would cause me to schedule another appointment, but Ashley talked to her superiors and they made a conditional acceptance for me until I followed up which I ended up doing shortly after the appointment. I worked with Ashley Niba on my car loan, and the process was so simple, smooth and quick. Everything was transparent, with no upsells. The entire process was done over one phone call and a visit to the local branch. Before my appointment, Ashley made sure that all the documentation was prepared. All I had to do was go in and sign. There was zero processing or hidden fees. I would highly recommend using a credit Union to finance your car, over going from a dealer. In comparison, I went to Fremont Toyota before to get help with financing. Things have changed with my local branch drastically over the past five or six years. They never seem to be able to keep staff. ATM is consistently broken and their bank cards are nowhere near the same sophistication as any other cards that other bank offers. I used to love this credit union, but honestly just consistently disappointed in it over and over again these days. Also, just awful, if your card is lost or stolen and you don't want to go into a physical branch to get some cheesy card that doesn't even have your name or card number embossed on it, then you can call customer service but it will cost $10 to have a card mailed to you and it takes 7 to 10 days $25 to have it in four days and I forget, but something astronomical to have it basically overnighted. Absolutely absurd and all this for a legit bank card that doesn't look like a child toy... read more

Ashley K. went above and beyond for me. I needed to do a credit transfer and my credit is good, but I had too much money already loaned. I needed a lower interest rate and I was really satisfied with refinancing my vehicle through them. (16% interest from Toyota, but only ~5.6% through Provident btw) So clearly I wanted to make this balance transfer happen. I did not get approved initially because of my amount of debt. Ashley gave me a concrete number to get my debt under, gave me a few options to improve my chances and made sure we got it done before the 60 day period to pull my credit was up. She was so responsive and helpful, it felt like she cared more than I did. Customer service like hers are rare these days. She's a total gem and I highly recommend Provident.
