My daughter needed a link removed from her watch. The issue is that her watch has a porcelain band. I visited several jewelers and they wouldn't touch the watch due to the fact that they could possibly shatter the band trying to remove the link. I visited Provident Jewelry and they said they can remove the link without issue. I went into their bar area to enjoy a beverage while I waited. After a few minutes the watch was returned to me with the link removed. They said it was at no cost. In addition the drink was on the house. The staff was very pleasant and professional. While visiting and caring for my 89 year old father ,whom suffers from dementia, we needed to have his watch repaired. I didn't have any idea where to go and several places were closed.
