If you have any issues they are absolutley the least helpful people!!! My order was wrong as usual and they simply said they could not help. They could not even check to see if my information on my chart was correct. Not sure why they even have a staff at this location. Other than to give you the start up equipment. On Dec 10th, I received a phone call that my CPAP was ready to be picked up. On Dec 15th, went to the store and my CPAP was not there. The lady who I spoke to asked who I spoke to on the 10th. I told her I didn't know. She said it was still being repaired and that on Nov 17th I had signed a repair order. But on Nov 17th, I was in Mexico. I asked to see the signature and she printed the form out and it wasn't my signature. It was forged. I asked her to compare that with my driver license, and she said that I wasn't wearing a mask and she didn't have to stand next to me, (after standing next to me for the last 20 minutes). I stepped away, and asked her again to compare the signatures, and she refused. I promptly left the store. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Since Adapt Health took over Provider Plus, this location has deteriorated. I have been trying g for over 6 weeks to get a loaner or replacement cpap machine from them. They NEVER call you back with an update like they say they will, the local store in Ofallon does not communicate with the Corporate office, every person I talk to in Customer Service tells me a different story about the delay and doesn't know why they dont call back. It is ridiculous. Nothing but incompetency. Just shut it down and put those miserable employees to work finding new jobs. read more

Getting through the voicemail list to get a human being on the phone is a nearly impossible task. Then once you get human on the phone, they only know how to read off a script and then transfer you to the local number which is exactly the same that you already called. I had a 1:00 PM appointment at Provider Plus in O'Fallon for a CPAP fitting. I arrived a little early and found the door locked for lunch (12-1 PM, per the sign). No problem -- I waited in my car. At 1:05, they finally unlocked the door, and that's when things went downhill fast. I had been to this location before and remembered it as a clean, well-stocked medical supply shop with helpful staff. That place is gone. What's there now looks and feels like a disorganized call center staffed by people who clearly don't want to be there. Despite literally opening the door moments before, no one acknowledged me when I walked in. When someone finally did, it was only to make me feel like I was inconveniencing them. A man in the back -- who never stood up, never looked at me, and seemed irritated by my existence -- loudly announced that "my appointment was for 12:30," which would have been impossible since the store was locked for lunch at that time. Instead of trying to help or even check the schedule, I was told to leave and make a new appointment, even though I was the only customer there. I promptly walked out, called my doctor, and told them I will never return to Provider Plus. I've asked for all future equipment referrals to go to a different provider. If you value your time, your health, or even basic courtesy, go anywhere else. read more

I was sent here from my health provider to get a walker through my insurance. It's been almost a month now and I've still yet to receive it. You can never get ahold of the actual company location for any answers. This is unacceptable to me. I wouldn't recommend this place for anything!! read more

Don't waste your time this provider doesn't deserve the + sign. Nobody knows anything. Everyone gives you a different answer. 7 months now my doctors have sent in paper work. I have copies. One person says there wrong, resend. Then next says need additional.Have first part Then get ok on second part. Next Don't have first part, than, next, complete on to medicare. I talked to seven people since Aug trying to get a replacement CPAP machine. Each one is in a race to see who is the most incompetent person in the state of Missouri. They do nothig but stonewall hoping you will get tired and hang up. They don't have available a phone number to call to talk to a supervisor, they say someone will call you or email you within 24 hours...seven times it didn't happen. if I owned this company these people would all be looking for jobs. read more

Since this store has been bought by another company (or whatever happened), the service is horrible, and so unprofessional. It's difficult to talk to someone who is actually local and in the store. Be prepared to go back and forth, wait, follow up, start over, answer the same questions, not be able to find you or any of your records in their system after years of being a customer, etc. This store used to be so much better several years ago, and I enjoyed going in regularly to pick up CPAP supplies, and the ladies were awesome. Do not use this branch if you can help it. Months ago my doctor's office sent in a Rx for a hospital bed and a low air loss mattress to help with bed sores. They will not work with you when you call. They always tell you that someone will call back, no one ever does. They should not be in the Healthcare business. Check out their F rating on the Better Business Bureau's website. Run away as fast as you can. We are still fighting to get the special mattress. Ill be contacting my insurance to find out who else can provide this mattress. One of the worst customer service that we've seen. The equipment falls apart and then they say "that doesn't make sense". They don't have access to their computer records in the CPAP fitting room so they argue with you on what equipment you have until they finally get up to look at the computer and admit they were wrong. read more

Ever since they sold or were bought out, it's impossible to get anyone on the phone in O'Fallon. You have to go through days of a national phone network and their scripts. This is very detrimental to service. Once you can talk to someone local it's fine but getting to that point is too hard. Thinking of changing providers. read more

This company is horrible. I had the worst experience with Doug, twice. He was sitting on my front porch waiting for someone to arrive home. He complained about sitting there for an hour, and being paid overtime. The only call we received was 15 minutes before he was arriving, to our house phone (when it was 3pm, and everyone works). He was being very difficult and treating me like I was stupid. There is no communication between the company and the customer. Such bad customer service. Only giving one star because I cannot give 0. My Dr sent me in here after my appointment to get some supplies. Felt like I was an intruder. Bunch of people doing nothing at the back of the place with a empty front of the store. One person comes up and it was pretty impersonal. Didn't even ask what supplies I needed- just said they carry SOME stuff but not much. I wasn't even asking for something right then and there I was just wanting to get it ordered. She didn't want to work is what it felt like. I walked in 1 hour before they closed. Told me in order to do anything I need all my Drs appointment notes for the last 6 months and my sleep study from 6 years ago. To order a hose and mask? Yea ok. Next. I have to call every day to this company to find out where my supplies. Literally have to call every day. My prescription sent on 11/18 and Stull no supplies as 12/10. I have different employees say that I should be receiving a new machine. I have employees no CPAP machine 2as ordered. You cannot trust anything that comes out their mouths. I woul suggest calling everyday until your supplies arrive about 6 weeks later. This with organization was bought out I have never had the worst customer service in my whole entire life. read more
