Wtf $25 for this? Get the fuck out of here!!!! What a fucking joke! Chiapino sent that shit back! And all food was missing seafood or dry

Susan is fantastic!! Wonderful server! My review is 100% based on the service. The service is amazing here, but the food is not. Salad and rolls are always great, but the entrees lack flavor an are equivalent to TV dinners.

Such a treat that SOMEONE still does a free birthday meal without requiring registration, an app, some prior sign-up or something! Came in on my birthday last year too & both times spent a little more. And got a TON of food (leftovers - yay)! Got such good service this year, even though I was dining alone this year. The place is kind of old-world charm Italian...the kind they don't have anymore. Highly recommend!!!

Our first visit with our kids who had been before and raved about it. Unfortunately it was just okay at least for my taste buds. The restaurant is tucked in a strip mall with ample parking. There are no windows to look outside once inside the restaurant, but it gave it a lovely ambiance inside. I did love the feeling inside, quaint and cozy with a step-back-in-time. Lots of old pics of famous actors hanging all over the walls, very nostalgic. The inside is quite large with various rooms that hold lots of tables and people. We were seated in the library room (what I call it). Nice and roomy with great lighting. Our waiter was good, tend to talk too much for my liking. However he was very informative, but felt like he needed to tell us stories. lol Wasn't sure what kind of white wine I wanted and asked for a small taste of a couple, but he brought me over small tastes of all the whites which was very nice and unexpected. My husband and I wanted something basic and selected spaghetti with Mariana meat sauce. I have to be honest, it was just mehhh! The Mariana sauce was good but the meat was pulverized into very, very, very small pieces which to me wasn't very appetizing. The flavor was also just okay. My SIL ordered his favorite, lasagna and seemed to enjoy it. The salad that accompanies your meal was drenched in dressing which was way to me for me, but I ate it because I enjoyed all things that came in the salad (see pic). Beets are usually never in a salad and we love them so great job on that one. We also didn't really enjoy the rolls since they were swimming in melted butter (see pic). Definitely love bread with our Italian food and ate them for that very reason but I most likely will not be back. I know there are other Italian restaurants local so I'd like to give those a try. Last but not least, our spumoni with the shortbread cookie was delish. I'm glad we gave Provino's a shot since we see them advertised on the big billboards, but not sure if I'll return any time soon.

I visited Provino's in Cumming for my husband's birthday dinner a Saturday afternoon and got quickly seated. This place has a vintage vibe, very pretty and clean inside. After we got our table, the first thing she brought was unlimited free salad and garlic rolls. The salad is amazing, and the garlic rolls... OMG! We also ordered a bottle of wine and they got really good deals. We got our drinks pretty quickly and we proceeded to order. I got the Seafood Trio Pasta with Marinara sauce which comes with Shrimp, Scallops and Clams and it was okay. My husband ordered the Chicken Romano which comes with Ham, Cheese, Mushrooms and Wine Sauce. It tasted good, but honestly looked not so great. Also, you still get a free meal on the actual day of your birthday! I love the vibe of this place and the ambiance is great, my biggest issue is their food. It;s just not great.

We dined there on Mother's Day. We were told there was a 20-minute wait, but only waited 5. Our server was great. The atmosphere is definitely "old world" Italian. The salad it excellent, and the rolls are fresh. We enjoyed chicken parmesan, biting al condolences, seafood trio, and Alfredo. ALL of our meals were delicious. I recommend Provinos

This restaurant is so good. The shrimp and scallops pasta is a diet for. The pannacotta desert are delicious. The server are so nice. %100 recommend

I had not been to a provinos is many many years. A long time ago, this was my favorite spot and I would go at least once a week. I was very exited about going here. It was a Sunday night and it was very busy. There was a 30 minute wait. The younger hostess didn't seem to like her job, but it provided entertainment while we waited. The service was good and the food came quickly. We ordered an appetizer sampler which was nice. The garlic rolls were just as good as I remembered. The salad was nice, but on the small size. We never could order another one because our waiter was too busy. I ordered the Angel Hair Dalvina. It has always been me of my favs of all restaurants. It was so disappointing. They now cover the noodles with what looks Like an Alfredo sauce. It is supposed to be a garlic butter sauce. It doesn't have the peas anymore either. So sad.

The food and service was excellent. We ordered all vegetarian options and my kid wants to come back again as she liked the Ravioli here. The ambiance is fine and would make an excellent choice for a date or romantic dinner. Food was very tasty so couldn't get hands off before snapping pictures :) Would definitely recommend this to any vegetarian.

We came here tonight to try this restaurant for my dad's 82nd birthday. He loves Italian food and we had yet to find a spot that he really enjoyed....until tonight! First of all, our server Susan is a rock star, she's the mayor here because everyone knows her. We ordered some wine, and then received the lightest garlic rolls in garlic butter sauce. The salad we shared was delicious with the vinaigrette that came with it. Not your average salad. Tomatoes, cucumbers, chick peas, beets, mushrooms, mozzarella cheese- we were concerned about filling up but nobody could stop. For entrees: my dad got the cioppino that came with linguini on the bottom of the pan, my mother went for the red snapper Francese with a side of pasta with red sauce, and I had the scampi shrimp with pasta and garlic sauce over Angel hair pasta. I destroyed my dish. So tasty. The restaurant has been open for a while. It has an old school vibe so if you want bright, vibrant ambiance this isn't it. But it's cozy, the food and service is great. We went with two desserts. The limoncello cake and the panna cotta. Both were incredible, not super heavy and each had fantastic flavor. For a first time, we were so happy. I was pleased it worked out so well. Support small family owned businesses! We will be back!

On a Friday night, they were not that busy. Parking for EV charging stations right up front that no one was using. Our hostess was very nice, happy and even humoring my remarks about the ev charging stations being empty. Our waiter showed up pretty son, we ordered drinks and when he got back we placed our order. At this place when ypu order an entree per person it comes with a sharable salad and garlic rolls. She ordered the Pasta Delvina and I ordered the Spaghetti with meatsauce and I added a combo topping but only wanted sausage and meatball and no mushrooms . So our salad and rolls came quick but our meal did not come. While he was honest and told us he failed to put our order in, as indicated by "SOS" on our entree entrees. But sadly, it came out with mushroons all over it. I was hungry, so I picked them off and he then noticed after a pile of mushrooms on the side of my plate. My was was completely empty 3 times during dinner. I watched two other tables have food brought to them, but it was not theirs. Training is needed here. We may try the other location next time.

I arrived at noon- the place is busy, they have so many options for meals that it was difficult to choose. I went with an Italian sub and a Diet Coke, I figured how can you go wrong with their number one item on the menu? Delicious, and with the banana peppers it made for a great sandwich! I chose the Marshal as well as a slice of the Heat of the Week. Because....why not. And by the way, the Marshall is not shown. My belly would not allow me to reach for my camera after first visualization. The pizza was heaven at first bite. Perfect undercarriage while fresh ingredients cooked to perfection on top. Then......the Marshal. Ooooohhhhhh the Marshal. Their version of a hot Italian beef. And what a phenomenal version at that. Wonderful spice and the right about of heat. Tender juicy beef. No regrets. I was introduced to Miss Marie and talk about a blessing on Earth. Talked to me like an old friend of the family. Even checked on me herself after receiving my food to go. Our guests came in from Vinings and Brookhaven and were blown away by the quality of the food and the ambiance. The entrées were just as impressive. Our table had ribeyes, filets, pork chops, and scallops, and every plate was cooked perfectly. The sides were standouts too, especially the roasted carrots and the homemade gnocchi -- absolutely phenomenal. I've lived in Cumming since 2021 but never thought there would be a steakhouse there like this one! We were able to get a table for the 8 of us on the morning of, and was very excited since it was only a 7 mile drive from Windermere. Parking is a breeze, it's on the side of a strip mall on the corner of Meadow and Atlanta Hwy. It's beautiful inside. Lights were dimmed but not so much you can't see the menu or your fellow diners. Christopher was our server and he was really helpful, thorough, pleasant and absolutely friendly. My brother basically took stock of the menu and I ordered a cocktail to start. A big bottle of wine, and we were off! First off, the rolls made in house were so spectacular that I almost asked for more, even though I knew we were in for a great meal. Sea salt on top, hefty without being dense, with or without butter just delightful. Apps: both the GA and the Wedge salad to share, along with the grilled octopus and mussels. My nieces are 7 and 13, my nephew is 11 and they basically ate every last bit of the mussels. Back when I was 11 all I wanted was pizza and burgers. All of the apps were so flavorful- the mussel broth had garlic and nduja which gave it a nice kick. My regret was that I didn't take pics of these. Apologies! Entrees: most of the table got steak, whether it was filet, the American Wagyu, the ribeye. My brother ordered the chicken, I ordered the lobster bucatini and two scallops on the side. My niece had the gnocchi side as her entree. Sides: gnocchi with shittaki mushrooms, duck fat fried potatoes, grits, and asparagus. The gnocchi is a MUST, but the grits and others were close behind. For dessert: chocolate soufflé, bread pudding made in house with ice cream, a cappuccino creme brûlée, and for their birthdays a small individual passion fruit panna cotta for my parents. What a beautiful touch. I would put this place in with all the known steakhouses, service was unmatched, food was excellent and we didn't have to drive 35 miles to Buckhead or Midtown. Hats off to the team here, from the hostess who checked in on us, our server Christopher, to the team in the kitchen. I walked by the bar to use the restroom and it had no empty seats. This would be a place I'd feel comfortable coming alone to treat myself. Support small businesses!
