Ceasar salad
Lala C.

Thank goodness for their call ahead seating option as this place was hopping on a Saturday night. Lots of diners, take out, bar activities going on even early around 6pm. Quickly seated, our server, Anastasia, was amazing! Efficient pleasant and well trained. Loved that she did not mind us ordering our appetizer, salad, pizza separately. We prefer not to have all courses overlapped so that is our practice. Calamari was a nice portion, typical nothing remarkable. The accompanying chunky marinara sauce...abit watery , has potential. Cesear salad served on a cold plate and another plate for us to share was a great detail. Salad was fresh, appropriately dressed. Boxed croutons, not impressed. Definitely should rethink those, tasteless and not up to par with other details. Veggie pizza, not a problem to substitute basil for the peppers. Plenty of toppings as to be expected for a $28 large pie. The pizza oven is not wood fired so the crust lacks the char and crispness. Crust was tasty, pie was a bit dry. Requested olive oil helped. Maybe extra pomodoro sauce on the side next time. Looking forward to patio season for when we can bring our pups to enjoy an upcoming meal there together !!

Thai Chicken Pizza slice

This place is so cute and cozy with amazing friendly staff. We usually just slide in and sit at the bar with not much of a wait. I can only speak to lunch as I have not been here for dinner as of yet, but this is becoming a go to spot. They have a great lunch deal for salad and a slice with a drink or two slices and a drink. You can add toppings or choose a specialty pizza slice. I highly recommend the Thai Chicken Pizza. My friend usually gets the Margherita pizza slice. The ceasar salad is also delicious. We will continue to be back and will have to come for dinner one night to try out the wine and other menu items.

Buffalo chicken flatbread

Crust has that cozy, rustic vibe that makes it an easy go-to when you're craving something Italian without doing too much. They've got solid pizzas and some fun flatbread sandwiches. My usual Buffalo flatbread lowkey reminds me of hot wings, but in a really good way. Their pizzas stay consistent every time I've gone flavorful, hot, and never missing the mark. The meatballs? Fire. The mozzarella sticks... not really my thing, but hey, everything ain't for everybody. They've got a nice wine selection and some playful, creative cocktails if you're in the mood for a drink. Customer service was cool not bad, not amazing, just decent enough to keep the vibes smooth. Overall, Crust is a chill spot when you want a quick, tasty bite with a little Italian flair

We picked up pizzas from Crust after hearing rave reviews. Unfortunately we don't agree with those reviews. The pizza was ok. Honestly it didn't have enough cheese, the sauce was too sweet, the crust had no flavor, and there were too many toppings on the second pizza. The fried mozzarella was good with lots of flavor but once they cooled down they were blah. The service was also blah. I called ahead to order and I felt like it took forever to get our order in. If we ever come back here we will find a better pizza place.

White pizza

I was excited to try this place and it didn't disappoint! The ambiance was nice and the pizza was delicious! I opted for the white pizza which had garlic, red onion, and sundried tomatoes on it. The crust was soft and cooked exactly the way I like my pizza! We tried the ricotta cheesecake for dessert and it was so creamy! Service was efficient and patient with our table! The bruschetta was a bit darker than I'd like it had some black on the edges but overall it was tasty and I'd return!

Chicken Parmesan

Just a short walk from the center of downtown, the restaurant is comfortable and welcoming. They have a full bar and nice selection of drafts. We both had the Chicken Parmesan for dinner. Unfortunately, for both of us, the chicken was overcooked and devoid of any moistness. Hopefully this was not the norm. A side of pasta was great as were our salads. We'll definitely give it another try, service was excellent.

Crust is a nice restaurant placed at the end of the Alpharetta down town. The best part of being on corner is they have ample of parking which we do not get on Alpharetta downtown street. We had called before getting there .. which helped the staff to get our table ready. The ambience is good and so is food. Garlic knots, Thai pizza , ravioli and desserts were great. Service is great. It's a must visit .

I love this place! I've been eating here for a few years now and I love the vibe in the restaurant and the servers are amazing. It's a perfect place if you're looking for a family dinner or a date night or even just hanging with friends! Their pizza never disappoints right when it comes out it's fresh, steaming, and crisp! The dough is my favorite part. You also get the option for outside, inside, or at the bar and I've eaten in all three places and either experience is one you won't forget. Their meat is also amazing and it'll make you want more even though you're full! I will always come here and I love this place and you should try it out! It is a bit crowded so I recommend making a reservation but without a reservation is also great. 10/10 you should go!

Rustic pizzeria! I love the ambiance. Wooden beams, nice Italian music! Clean! The service is friendly and happy! We got capellini vodka sauce, a slice and a small Greek salad. All very tasty and the pizza is very cheesy!! ! Come visit!

Thai Pizza

Hands down the best pizza we have had in a while. We tried the bianca, margherita, thai and they were all delicious. The crust texture OMG! The ingredients used are of great quality. Our server, Jessy, was extremely pleasant and professional. The place is pretty big, they have a nice bar, high tops and regular tables. Oh yes, outside seating is also available. Love it!

My husband and I have visited this place many times and have tried multiple items off the menu. On this visit we shared a salad and appetizer and each had our own "main course." We shared a small Greek Salad which was quite large if you ask me. The flavor on this salad is what I will ramble on about to anyone that wants to hear about where they can get an authentic salad of this caliber. We also shared the Spinach and Artichoke dip which was really yummy and very creamy. My husband ordered Stromboli (he took half of it home), and I ordered a slice of Sicilian Pizza (topped with pepperoni, jalapeños, and spinach). So great, especially for the price paid!

Lots of options for those who love the fishery part of the concept and just as many choices for those that don't. We ordered the bruschetta and enjoyed their take that used fig jam, prosciutto and balsamic glaze instead of the more traditional tomato base. They have house made focaccia that when brought to the table we instantly regretted having ordered the bruschetta, thinking we overdid the bread thing. But we both quickly changed our minds and consumed both with little guilt... I would go back just for the focaccia alone and wish they sold it by the loaf! Pastas are made onsite but they get the gluten free version from a different supplier to avoid risk of cross contamination. Hubby had the wild boar pasta. I had the pork chop. My chop was perfectly grilled and moist. I asked for the marsala sauce on the side since I don't like mushrooms themselves, but enjoy the flavor they can add. The weakest link was the mashed potatoes, served in two round scoops reminiscent of school cafeteria lines. Other than the shape, there was nothing memorable nor particularly flavorful about them. Next time I would try a different side and keep the chop. We didn't save room for dessert this time but will definitely get some next time. And there will definitely be a next time. Moderate price point, not an everyday spot, but shouldn't be saved just for special occasions either.

We opted to sit at the bar which I do NOT recommend if you plan on eating. It is extremely tight seating and the bartenders aren't not trained to serve food or have menu knowledge. The lack of the kitchen staff culinary skills became evident when looking at the menu with many seafood/pasta items being served with one sauce- a goopy cornstarch'ish lemon butter sauce. We wanted to try the scampi appetizer with their house made pasta - sans dairy which meant no lemon butter sauce. That seemed to throw a wrench and there was much back and forth between the BT to the kitchen explaining what that meant aka do not cook the food with butter use olive oil- not so complicated, right? 30 minutes later - despite the kitchen staff not being busy- reminder, we are sitting at the bar and watch the cooks looking at their cellphones instead of working... The small portion of a couple shrimp and scallops arrive. They were panned seared- highly seasoned but tasty. Pasta arrived dry ? Huh? Who serves dry pasta- ugh? I asked for olive oil again which never appeared despite a manager hearing the request. So, moving along, we decided to try the calamari. It came out much faster but the portion was enough for 8-10 people. BT- oh, I forgot to tell you it is such a large portion... Maybe offer a half portion? It was okay- nothing amazing except the quantity. So disappointed- we had high hopes that the vibe matched the food quality.

But this experience was genuinely special. From the service to the food to the atmosphere, everything exceeded expectations. Despite a packed dining room, the staff delivered a level of attentiveness that felt effortless. Our server had an incredible command of the menu, rattling off a lengthy list of specials from memory with impressive detail. The entire team worked in sync--bringing bread, refilling drinks, offering fresh grated cheese, clearing plates without rushing us, and striking just the right balance of friendliness and professionalism. What really set the evening apart were the personal touches. The matriarch of the restaurant (or at least who I assume was the matriarch) circulated through the dining room making sure guests were enjoying themselves. At one point she proudly announced that the osso buco was ready--a charming moment that felt less like a sales pitch and more like someone sharing something they genuinely loved. Before we left, she gave my wife and daughter sunflowers from her garden, carefully prepared with the leaves removed and stems wrapped in foil. Then she sent us home with fresh zucchini. Along with everything else, these folks have figured out how to make dining personal. It felt less like eating in a restaurant and more like being welcomed into someone's lovely home--where there is genuine pride and gratitude that you've joined them for dinner. That's a rare feeling today, and Casa Nuova delivers it naturally. And then there's the food. The Oysters Rockefeller were outstanding. The fried mozzarella was exceptional. The Pesce Fra Diavola--with clams, mussels, calamari, and scallops--was perfectly prepared and served in a sauce that complemented rather than overwhelmed the seafood. The veal scallopini was tender, beautifully seasoned, and expertly sauced. Even our daughter's simple pasta dish was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Honestly, I'm almost afraid to go back because I don't know how they could possibly do better. Casa Nuova delivered one of the most memorable restaurant experiences I've had in a very long time. My sincere thanks to everyone at Casa Nuova for such a lovely evening. You made my wife, daughter, and me feel genuinely welcome, and we left with full stomachs, smiles on our faces, and an experience we'll remember for a long time.
