Did not love the ambience or vibe at all. It didn't smell like pizza inside- just like cleaner and commercial food service. We were seated outside, where we noted cheap wine glasses and plastic Coca Cola cups. I asked our waiter if they had filtered water, and his response was not impressive or professional. "Uhh... I mean, well... I think it just tastes like water... I don't know how they filter the water but it's fine." Dude, it's a yes or no question: 'yes, we have a filter for it,' or 'no ma'am, it comes from the tap.' Throughout the service we could tell he was not being attentive or personable, if we said anything off script he didn't know how to react. We ordered the house salad because of how it was described, but when it arrives, we were shocked at the presentation and quality. We told the server about the disappointment of having only four slices of radish on the salad when it was listed as a main ingredient and he did nothing to remedy that. The chef could also consider mixing all of the ingredients together so it is a harmonious marriage of salad, not just arugula with a sprinkle of pine nuts, drizzle of dressing, FOUR radishes and a handful of pre shredded, from the bag Parmesan. The least you could do is hand grate it. Now to the pizza- they are very large and the crust has nice flavor and a good crunch. The Bianca sauce was very heavy and greasy; tasted like it came out of a jar. That was our least favorite item by far. The bbq chicken was decent, however the Gouda cheese they used had a very cow aftertaste, and there were cubes of the cheese all around, which were rubbery and not good to chew. We couldn't tell if the sharp tang came from the tip of bbq sauce they used or some cleaner leftover on the chicken. It's sad, because Crust came recommended highly to us and we were excited to try it out. Overall, our meal was very disagreeable and we will not be back. read more

On February 8 at approximately 6:00 PM, my wife and I ordered pizza for pickup. Because the patio was closed and we had our dog with us, we planned to eat in our car. The order was placed by phone on speaker, and I heard the entire exchange. We ordered one pizza: half hamburger, half pineapple, with extra sauce. The employee asked whether we wanted hamburger or cheeseburger; we selected cheeseburger. At no time were we informed that the cheeseburger pizza includes portabella mushrooms. I have a documented allergy to mushrooms. After approximately 30 minutes, we received the pizza and discovered it contained mushrooms. I immediately contacted the store and spoke with a manager (Ethan), explained the allergy issue, and was told a replacement would take approximately 15 minutes. We waited and picked up the replacement pizza, which again contained mushrooms. I returned to the store, explained for a second time that I am allergic to mushrooms and that we were unable to wait for a third remake due to a prior appointment, and requested a refund. Another individual, who appeared to be a manager, refused the refund and stated that the error was ours. During this interaction, he snatched my credit card from my hand without my consent. Ethan refused to provide the manager's name when requested. A takeout employee "Donovan" later also declined to provide the name. The correct pizza was delivered to my wife who was waiting in the car, when finding this out and refused a refund for the order I told Ethan that we would keep the pizza. I ask Ethan again what the rude managers name was and he again refused to give me said information. This incident involved the failure to disclose an allergen, repeated preparation errors after notification, refusal to issue a refund, and refusal to identify management staff. Food allergies are a safety issue, and this situation was not handled appropriately. We will not be returning. read more

Thank goodness for their call ahead seating option as this place was hopping on a Saturday night. Lots of diners, take out, bar activities going on even early around 6pm. Quickly seated, our server, Anastasia, was amazing! Efficient pleasant and well trained. Loved that she did not mind us ordering our appetizer, salad, pizza separately. We prefer not to have all courses overlapped so that is our practice. Calamari was a nice portion, typical nothing remarkable. The accompanying chunky marinara sauce...abit watery , has potential. Cesear salad served on a cold plate and another plate for us to share was a great detail. Salad was fresh, appropriately dressed. Boxed croutons, not impressed. Definitely should rethink those, tasteless and not up to par with other details. Veggie pizza, not a problem to substitute basil for the peppers. Plenty of toppings as to be expected for a $28 large pie. The pizza oven is not wood fired so the crust lacks the char and crispness. Crust was tasty, pie was a bit dry. Requested olive oil helped. Maybe extra pomodoro sauce on the side next time. Looking forward to patio season for when we can bring our pups to enjoy an upcoming meal there together !! read more

This place is so cute and cozy with amazing friendly staff. We usually just slide in and sit at the bar with not much of a wait. I can only speak to lunch as I have not been here for dinner as of yet, but this is becoming a go to spot. They have a great lunch deal for salad and a slice with a drink or two slices and a drink. You can add toppings or choose a specialty pizza slice. I highly recommend the Thai Chicken Pizza. My friend usually gets the Margherita pizza slice. The ceasar salad is also delicious. We will continue to be back and will have to come for dinner one night to try out the wine and other menu items. read more

We picked up pizzas from Crust after hearing rave reviews. Unfortunately we don't agree with those reviews. The pizza was ok. Honestly it didn't have enough cheese, the sauce was too sweet, the crust had no flavor, and there were too many toppings on the second pizza. The fried mozzarella was good with lots of flavor but once they cooled down they were blah. The service was also blah. I called ahead to order and I felt like it took forever to get our order in. I love this place! I've been eating here for a few years now and I love the vibe in the restaurant and the servers are amazing. It's a perfect place if you're looking for a family dinner or a date night or even just hanging with friends! Their pizza never disappoints right when it comes out it's fresh, steaming, and crisp! The dough is my favorite part. You also get the option for outside, inside, or at the bar and I've eaten in all three places and either experience is one you won't forget. Their meat is also amazing and it'll make you want more even though you're full! I will always come here and I love this place and you should try it out! Most disappointing evening I've had in a long time. Came in for some cocktails and appetizers. Some of our family decided to join us, so I spoke to the hostess about a 6 top in the bar. She said no problem Mr Gill we have it reserved for you. I then turned around and saw the manager Ethan seating another party at our table. I explained to him that was reserved for us. We always enjoy eating there. We always order the garlic knots although the last time they were much smaller and not as sumptuous.

Hands down the best pizza we have had in a while. We tried the bianca, margherita, thai and they were all delicious. The crust texture OMG! The ingredients used are of great quality. Visiting in the area, this is our hosts favorite pizza in the area. So of course they were going to bring company to check it out. Wait to be seated at the host/ess stand by the door. We dined on a beautiful Spring day and chose to sit outside on their patio which overlooks their private parking area. We each ordered a pizza of our own. This allowed for plenty of left overs for breakfast or lunch the next day. I started with a Ceaser salad which is heavily dressed in a flavorful dressing. Some of the lettuce was wilted but over all it was fresh. The pizza dough is pillowy, sauce is sweet. Their version of Margarita pizza is well made with cut mozzarella and sliced basil instead of whole leaves. This makes for basil flavor in each bite. We absolutely love crust! The food and environment are great. However the young staff does not care and no one is ever in a rush. We made a reservation for 7pm in advance for my mom's birthday and we were not seated until 8:15. They even sat a walk in table of 8 before us which we really were not happy about. We chose this spot for the options on the menu. Tonight was a belated Father's Day meal and I know my dad loves seafood and I saw the fruitti de mare on the menu with squid ink pasta. He normally asks for linguini but I told him that the squid ink would be good with all that seafood. Let me rewind to the beginning. Our server Sean was great- he was friendly, professional, and on top of everything! We started with the meatballs as a shared app: 3 pieces with 3 dollops of ricotta and marinara sauce. This dish was a winner and definitely a sign of things to come. Got a bottle of red wine for the meal. We ordered a small 10" Bianco pizza (spinach, onions, sun dried tomatoes on a white garlic base) to serve as a "bread course". I will admit that I had bread envy when I saw every order of garlic knots go by- but again this pizza was spectacular and loved by all 3 of us. My father did get the Fruitti de Mare- and it was bountiful. Lots of calamari, mussels, shrimp, and a ton of the squid ink pasta. He shared this because we knew the pasta wouldn't be good after eating it freshly tonight. Had a little kick too! My mother got a cup of the sausage and lentil soup, I had a bite and it was so good. I've never seen her finish an entire cup of soup but she mowed it down- said it wasn't salty and even with the sausage was so well balanced. Her entree was the Penne Cieli- which had portobello mushrooms, Kalamata olives, artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, sautéed in garlic infused extra virgin olive oil and topped with Parmesan Reggiano cheese. She loved it, and she is a tough judge. I ordered the chicken, spinach, and goat cheese ravioli, it was so good, not crazy filled, lighter white cream sauce. There was nothing left. My plate was cleaned out. We didn't go with dessert, but everything looked so good. Next time for sure! I can see why this spot was so busy tonight. Kids can be happy with pizza, and adults can get whatever they want and it's super tasty and well cooked. Have a few pieces of pizza leftover for tomorrow, and my mom has half her pasta that was perfectly Al dente for tomorrow also. Thanks to Sean and the team here for an epic meal. Cute place for lunch or dinner! It was around the holidays when we came so there were a lot of office groups. Parking in the complex is also a bit tough so you may need to drive around for a few minutes to find a spot. The bruschetta was really good and pretty big. The tomatoes were really flavorful and the whole thing was well seasoned. The star of the show was definitely the Crust-wich. Think big taco made out of pizza dough. The ambience was perfectly lit but this was made superior by being able to see the kitchen and waitstaff bringing by plate after plates of delicious dinners and appetizers to other guests.
