They were loud and very unprofessional. They didn't show any pictures of the scratches and all the things falling apart in the car and waited until I was halfway done with papers to even let me see it. They never answer their phone and don't keep in contact with you even when you're interested in buying from them! It's sketchy as hell and im afraid to find out what else is wrong with my car even though she said it runs "so good!" Theyll take advantage of you when they know you need a car and are desperate.

I purchased a Dodge Journey, and from the moment I received the car, there were immediate red flags. The vehicle showed that it needed an oil change, and one of the tires required air the same day I drove it off the lot. When I reached out to Jess, I was told the mechanic was unavailable due to illness, which made me question whether the vehicle had been properly inspected at all. When I returned the following day, I was instructed to contact the bank regarding my loan and was told not to mention any issues with the vehicle because they were supposedly being addressed. I was also asked to tell the bank that I had paid a $1,000 down payment, even though I had only paid $400 (with a $20 tip). As a first-time car buyer, I felt pressured and uncomfortable with these instructions. Later, while I was out of town for a family funeral, the car began overheating and smoking within just a few days of purchase. Jess encouraged me to drive it back to Provo despite the condition of the vehicle, but it became clear the car was not safe to operate. I ultimately had to park it and return the keys to the dealership. At that time, Jess acknowledged that the mechanic had not properly inspected the car and had only performed an oil change and checked the tire pressure. After several days without updates on the repairs, I informed Jess that I wanted to cancel the contract and requested a refund of my deposit. I was initially told the deposit was non-refundable; however, I explained that the circumstances--including the incorrect information I was asked to provide to the bank--invalidated the agreement. I provided proof of my actual payment and stated I would pursue legal action if necessary. Only then was I told the deposit would be refunded. Despite this, it has now been several months, and I still have not received the refund. I have documentation of all communication and have reported the situation to the bank as well. My overall experience reflects poor communication, lack of proper vehicle inspection, and significant concerns about the sales process.

Today on my way to buy tools and fix the car, it broke down. Obviously there was no in shop mechanic because a blind bat could have seen all the problems with my car. Again, Arsen was amazing. Very good customer service, but you need to check every inch of the car before you buy. Learn from my mistakes. If you're looking for a nice salesmen, ask for Arsen. If you're looking for a good car, look elsewhere.

That's nice in all, however I don't feel like they really did their due diligence when it came to informing me of the issues that were going on with the car I purchased. First off, they advertised that the car included a navigation system which was completely false. But I overlooked that because I actually liked the car when I saw it and thought it would be perfect for my mom. When I asked if the car had been serviced, they told me it had been, but I was skeptical considering there was no windshield washer fluid but I figured I'd just add some later so no big deal. I took it for a test drive and it seemed great so I bought it with cash. Not even 8 hours sitting in my driveway, I find that the car has a gas leak. And what's wild is that it was something that should have been so obvious had they actually done maintenance or an inspection on the car prior to putting it on the market. When I notified them of the leak, they did agree to pay 50% of the cost to repair it. They were nice about it but it's annoying that something so significant as this was missed and not communicated. They referred me to their mechanic partner, Johnson Auto to do the work and I also requested they do an inspection while repairing the gas line. Again, very professional and nice people however the communication is severely lacking. They only recommended changing my brake pads, but didn't even tell me that my windshield washer fluid container wasn't able to hold washer fluid. I found that out when I went to pour some in and it went straight through the the car. The report said "windshield fl. Fail" however, the tech did not verbally communicate what that meant and only focused on the brake pads so I had no clue about this issue until I learned the hard way. Normally, when you pay for an inspection, you are supposed to be informed of these things at the time of closing out, so it's strange that I wasn't informed. The "inspection report" also said that the suspension "passed" however when I took it in to get the brake pads replaced per recommendation, the mechanic informed me that the front right lower ball joint is extremely loose and was surprised that I actually made it to Illinois in it all the way from Utah. He couldn't stress enough how lucky I was to not have the wheel pop off on me while driving on the highway. Essentially, I was driving a death trap on the highway and I didn't even realize it. Due to the nature of the severity of these issues, it's clear the sales team at Avanesyan didn't do their due diligence on this vehicle and only told me what I wanted to hear. I understand the buyer has some burden of responsibility in checking, but from a morality perspective, the seller should also do their due diligence to ensure the vehicle is SAFE. Anything less than this is just bad business. But for real, shame on you guys for not being honest about the "inspection" or "maintenance" you claim you did on this car prior to selling it. Buyers beware!

We came and checked it out, test drove it and loved it. Rylan helped us and answered all of our questions he was very nice. Good customer service. We hired a mechanic to come check it out and he noticed a few things wrong with it but they weren't detrimental. We put a deposit down on the car which was $200 and they honored it. A few weeks after getting the car we took it on a 1,600 mile road trip and it survived great. There was a tint we didn't like on it along with carbon fiber stickers from the previous owners that had put on and it looked bad. They took it off for free and it looks great. One thing I was upset with though was they said they would pay for the Utah Registration if we registered it here so we said yes. (Instead of our home state of CA) In the fee breakdown, it said "Utah Registration" so they DID charge us for it which was upsetting and tried to hide it. But other than that I did have a good experience! We were recommended this place from a buddy who bought a car from here in January 2024 and also had a good experience. The time at the dealership was quick and we got to drive it home about an hour after we got to the dealership. Then I had some back news where Tyacke was able to come in and go above and beyond. The next day I brought it home - the truck would not start up. I was devastated as I was really excited about the vehicle. I knew that a used car dealer had no obligation to help when I bought a 30yr old car as is. I reached out to Chris just to let him know what was going on and how I felt. Chris offered to take the car and look at it for me and found that there was a huge issue with the engine. What shocked me is that he gave me an option at that point - we could undo the sale and I could go on my merry way - or they could help get it running again with a new engine they located. I chose to trust Chris and see how far the repair path would go, I really wanted this thing running again! It took longer than either of us expected but. This went above and beyond to be fair throughout the process even covering payments for the car while it was in the shop for a few months. While the process was a few months, I got my truck back running better than ever! I think it can be hard to find people with integrity and looking to do the right thing for customers and the community - Chris and Tyacke have it all.
