Don't take your car here if you are expecting great service. Phill the general manager will not return your calls and is very demeaning. Got my car painted here and now I have half cream white and the other half is alpine white. General manager doesn't take care of its customers and handle situations himself that come up. read more

My first experience with them. I go to the website and make a reservation for service. The website sends you to an online reservation system. I get the confirmation in my email and rearrange things at work. So I get a call and the lady was very pleasant but seems confused on how I made the reservation for service. Then proceeds to explain that my reservation will be cancelled because they are booked up. They website does not have access to the schedule. So why not have a message on the web to call for service and not send me to the online page. You would think Cadillac would have reservation system that works. I am a very picky customer and my car has to fit me just right. I kept changing my mind on color and style. Micky showed me car after car and let me test them all out until I found the car for me. He explained all the features of the different models. He was very pleasant the entire time and said "we will keep looking until we find a car you are happy with". The entire time he was very calm and positive! It was like working with supportive friend. He was amazing!! James the finance guy was very nice and made the paper signing experience quick and painless. He even found cash back offers for my car that I didn't even know existed! I have never done paperwork on a car that fast less than an hour. It was awesome!! He even let me take the paperwork home for my husband to sign. Harmons was great! Took my car in first thing in the morning- didn't know you could make appointments before hand- to get my car checked out. It had been accelerating on its own and making very strange noises up in the engine. They took the car and said they'd call whenever they were able to work on it that day and get my consent before doing anything. That afternoon they had told me what was wrong, essentially an oil change. Picked up my car later that evening and the car works like new now! Anyway, I felt they were very friendly and helpful. Johnny in the service department is the best! Went to 2 other shops and didn't feel I was getting the correct diagnosis for my car. He took the time to listen to my concerns and did thorough research on the problem I was having. Identified the true cause--not wasting my money on the wrong parts. Communicated price accurately and checked in before moving forward with the work. Harmon's shuttled me to and from the dealership and my work to make the time without my vehicle still very convenient and seamless. Thanks so much to the Harmon's dealership. I have been looking at new cars for months - with ever phone App you can find. CarGuru's, ISeeCars, TrueCar, Edmonds, AutoTrader, and KSL. I read every article on SUV's, reliability, comfort, safety etc. I went back and forth on Nissan Rogue, Mazda 5, Santa Fe and Sportage. I really liked the style of the Buick Encore, but there aren't that many out there. I found Harmon's on CarGuru's. Their prices are great and their reviews for the dealership are awesome. (Like most people I've had a bad experience with car dealerships and avoid them like the plague. In fact, This is the first car I have purchased from a dealership in over 25 years). I sent the dealership an email and they responded quickly. I let them know the cars I had in mind and asked if there was a way to lower the price. Skyler sent me a text with the invoice and said they had just lowered the price, so not much wiggle room. I went in for a test drive the next morning. I was helped by Eddie. He handed me the keys to 3 similar Encore's, explained the differences and sent me out for a test drive. Two of cars were really similar with mileage being the only difference. I picked the one I liked, negotiated a little on "extra's" and made a deal. I already had financing through my credit union. James made signing the paperwork at the dealership really simple. 2/17/2020 there was a steering click when turning the wheel. it started after the engine was replaced. it continued to get worse and worse. which obviously worried me. it was winter and I dont have a garage so I brought it in. Seven worked with me. he is a stand up guy. they claimed it was a link behind the steering wheel. he claimed they didnt even need to diagnose it they just knew. so they ordered the parts. took a week to get them. installed them. said the car was done. I came to pick it up. low and behold the steering still clunked. so i said i wasnt going to take possession. he said ok he would get a tech back on it. they had it for another two days. then they blamed my "aftermarket coilovers". so this weekend was a nice weather long weekend. I decided to get under it and see if I could see anything. had my wife turn the wheels and low and behold my STEERING RACK WAS MOVING! they didnt tighten down the bolts after the engine was replaced..... seriously..... your 30+ year experienced tech couldnt see that when he diagnosed it?? I was told by the service manager Jason that it was safe to drive. that could have sheered the bolts off and caused something terrible to happen. this place continues to surprise me with the incompetence and lack of caring for their customers. do not go to this dealership for service. their sales seems ok. read more

Harmon's service department is outstanding. They have a "can do" attitude. They are very honest. We were traveling through Provo on the way to the Tetons in the winter. Our Denali had some issues. I once had to get my door repaired because water was leaking into the car through the lining around the door. The 'all knowing' GMC manager moved the bracket that locks the door in an inch and exclaimed "FIXED!" This made the door not line up with the rest of the car. This also caused damage to the weather strip. I told them that didn't fixed the problem. I was told "that's how the pros do it." I immediately went to the owner's office to report the ridiculous solution. The owner told me that he hired a manager to handle "problems like me" and that if I didn't like what his manager did that I should sue him. My only option was to leave. I refused to pay for the service and went to another dealer (non GMC) to get it fixed. It turned out that I needed a new weather strip too. read more
