I found a car that I was interested in for my daughter at a fair price. I live out of state so she called made an appointment to see the car. On the day of her appointment, she arrived and the car was not there because it had been sold. That part is understandable but the person she was supposed to meet also wasn't there. Nobody called her and she wasted over $100 in Uber getting there and getting home. Fast forward to a week later. Apparently the car came back for reasons unknown. They reached out to me and rescheduled the appointment for my daughter to see she had to spend another $50 to Uber back there but this time the car was there and the salesman was there. This transaction went fairly smoothly. Everyone I spoke to was nice. There was just that minor failure to communicate, which cost us some money. We did purchase the car. 1 star for Ken Garff as a company. 5 stars for Jason and the service staff. I want to make that distinction very clear because the employees I dealt with at Ken Garff Honda of Orem were kind, patient and professional, especially Jason, the service manager. The alignment they performed was also good and the vehicle drives noticeably better. My issue is with Ken Garff's paperwork and the company's response when I raised concerns about it. My original estimate included an unexplained $12.99 "parts" charge for an alignment. After I questioned it, the charge was removed. More importantly, the service authorization contained language stating that the dealership is not responsible for "loss or damage to my vehicle," while another portion referred to damage "not caused directly by the Dealership." When I questioned this, I was verbally told that the dealership would still be responsible for damage it caused. My problem was simple: that is not what the paperwork clearly says. I was willing to pay for the work performed, but I would not sign vague language that I wasn't comfortable agreeing to. Jason was incredibly patient about this. We ultimately agreed that I could cross out the terms I would not accept, and both of us signed the modified paperwork. That is why Jason and the staff get 5 stars from me. They listened, treated me respectfully and worked with me rather than pressuring me to sign. Ken Garff as a company gets 1 star. I later raised the disclosure issue publicly and Ken Garff responded by thanking me for my "insights about the paperwork," without actually addressing the wording I had questioned. If the company's position truly is that it remains responsible for damage caused by its employees, I don't understand why the disclosure can't simply say that clearly. I don't think customers should have to argue over vague legal language just to have their vehicle serviced. Jason and the staff deserve recognition--and honestly a raise--for how professionally they handled the situation. My criticism is directed at the corporate policies and paperwork they are being asked to work with. I strongly encourage anyone having a vehicle serviced here to read every page before signing. If you don't understand or agree with something, ask about it. Don't sign something simply because you're told it's standard paperwork. read more

While I was on the phone getting insurance taken care of, one of the sales reps I had previously spoken to was yelling at the sales rep I was currently working with because I was originally his lead. 1) Not acceptable behavior in front of a customer. 2) I don't care who I make a sale with as a customer. The guy that was all uppity wasn't available when I walked in ready to buy. That's his problem. Not mine and not the sales rep I was working with, who was fine and I didn't have a problem with. Well, fast forward to beginning of October. I get my plates and registration. My name is spelled wrong on the registration. I called and left a voicemail for the finance person, Cornell. When I heard back from him, he told me he was working with the title office to figure out what happened. Just bought a new car today from Charlie and it was an awesome experience!! We came in around 5 so we knew we'd be short on time, Charlie had the cars ready to go when we got there and we were able to test drive both for awhile and get a feel for what we liked most. He had even given us the numbers before we got there so we knew what we would be paying while driving the car. Once we decided on the car he was amazing and worked with us on a few of the concerns we had. The dealership closes at 7 and we were there until 7:30-8ish and not once did we feel like he was irritated or worried about getting home. We felt like the priority and it was an incredible experience! I've serviced 3 different Hondas at this location, and it has usually been a pretty good experience! It's easy to call and make an appointment, and the employees are generally very kind and knowledgeable. This is a car dealership. No one REALLY wants to spend any portion of their day sitting here, but Ken Garff does a good job making your waiting time comfortable. There are lots of chairs to sit on out in the open area and in a private, more quiet area. They provide fountain drinks, popcorn, and coffee. They also provide magazines with comfy chairs to sit on! One thing I have noticed, is that there is ALWAYS something wrong with my car. There's always one thing that really should be replaced or fixed. This is a little frustrating because sometimes I feel like I'm getting taken advantage of because I am a 22 year-old girl who clearly doesn't know anything about cars. I'm sure that a lot of times their recommendations are genuine, but sometimes I wonder if they're just trying to suck money out of me. I'm sure this is usual of a car dealership, so I'm not TOO concerned about it (these people need to make money too!), but I do wish it wouldn't be as much about money for them and instead be more about helping people fix their cars. I took my civic in to fix my battery turned out they said it also needed another part which in total costed me 2k which is insane for just 1 part because I bought a battery somewhere else. They fix my car and right out of the lot my A/C and heater started making funny noises when I turned them on. The dealer said that when you put a new battery in for a hybrid that it has to re learn how to drive basically. So I was okay seems legit. Fast forward 4 months or so and the AC AND heater are still making Noises. I take my car in for a oil check and I get my car back a day later sounds start coming from the front of my car. I take it in yesterday and turns out I need to spend 3k for parts. Every time me or my family goes to them are cars come back broke. My dad took his truck in for a oil change he gets his car back parks it in the garage and it's leaking lots of oil on the garage floor. He took it back and they fixed it for free as they should. But stuff like this is happening almost every visit. Not only that when I was trying to get ahold of Honda no one would answer so I got sent to the machine. So I had to call a number then get referred 3 times then finally made it the service center they pick up then put me on hold to talk to the guy who access to my parts. She said he's busy and he will call back in 15 minutes. 45 mins later no call back and didn't want to go through that mess again so I drove up to the dealership which they helped me 5 mins of arrival with the bill. Brought in my car when every warning and emergency light came on all at once. I knew it had to be electrical (spark plugs or something), but I purchased the car just over a year ago and still had all the major warranties. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and assured me that after looking at my warranties, I should be covered. They took the car for a few hours and came back and said it was indeed the spark plugs. They informed me that my warranties do not cover this since it is maintenance. This is totally fine. Now for the bad review part and a warning to anyone using this service center. Don't! I asked how much it would be to replace my spark plugs since my warranty did not cover the repairs. They quoted me $1,300 and some change. This is actually robbery Lol. They prey on folks who don't know any better. Well, I know better. They said the labor charge would be 4.5 hours coming to over $700, almost $800. They said parts (4 spark plugs) would come to $395. My favorite was the Miscellaneous charge for $45. Said it was for shop supplies...Wow. I took my car back. Bought 4 high end spark plugs for $12 each. Spent 25 minutes of my own time replacing my own plugs and my cars emergency and warning lights went out and it is running beautifully. I understand that a business needs to make money, but not this. You are charging $395 for $12 parts you get on wholesale as a dealership. You stated the labor would be 4.5 hours when it took me (not crazy experienced) 25 minutes. You were going to charge me $45 for shop supplies. Am I paying for your guys to have the best hand washing experience ever after they get the job done? What shop supplies past parts are you charging me for? And of course, tax brought it to a nice round number of $1300. It cost me $55 and 25 minutes. I would have maybe paid $200 to have them do it and save the hassle but not $1300....for spark plugs. Makes me so sad that places like this take advantage of folks who don't know any better. The salesman tried to take total advantage of me by saying the price of a battery from Ken Garff would be $300. Umm, come on, dude. I'm not an idiot! The thing that makes me mad is that I'm sure there are a lot of people who don't have that knowledge and get taken complete advantage of! My previous experience with this Honda dealership was not good at all. BUT this time, they redeemed themselves! My previous experience was; I brought my car in for an oil change and tires rotated. The guy checking me in said it'd be about an hour. Once an hour came and went, I went up to the desk to check on if they're wrapping up working on my car or not. They guys said yes and it'd only be a few more minutes. This happened several times... the guy that helped me in the beginning had left. I was getting more and more annoyed as time went on. After another hour plus, I went to the front desk and asked where my car was. This time, the person said that my car had been done for 20 minutes. Nobody even apologize for anything or explained to me why it took so long and no communication. So frustrating. I was there for more than 2 hours, almost 2 1/2 hours, getting my oil changed. That's ridiculous! Because of my last experience I was skeptical to take my car back. If I did, I had to block out 1/2 of my day because who know how long it would take. BUT I decided to give Ken Garff Honda of Orem another chance. I went in for another oil change and tire rotation. They completely blew it out of e water. Everyone was super friendly. The guy helping me get me checked in and said that it was going to take about 1 1/2 hours. I've heard this before. But I decided to get myself something to snack on and drink from the snack bar anticipating the worst. I walked around the parking lot looking at the new cars. Kept myself occupied for a little bit. The mechanic sent me a video update of what they did to my car, things they would advice me to change, etc. Came back to the desk to check on my car. The same guy that helped me said that my car was ready to go. This was after 1 hour of being there. I couldn't believe it! Not only did they stick to their word but they under promised and over delivered. I did receive a free voucher for a car wash too! Moral of the story is that can never really judge by one experience. The technicians here are not reliable and I don't trust their diagnosis process. My 2017 Honda CRV has had trouble for several months starting. The battery will be charged but it won't turn over sometimes and then the car will lose power. We took it in and Honda had it for 3 days and claimed everything was in good condition and couldn't find a problem. We take the car back and the problem persisted and so we took it back and let them hold the car for 4 days and still couldn't find anything. Finally when the car died AGAIN we called a tow truck to take it to Honda for us so they could see the vehicle when the car was "dead", and the tow truck driver popped the hood to jump start our vehicle and immediately noticed that one of the main wires wasn't connected correctly. He fixed it in under 5 minutes and then our car started running smoothly again. I don't know how your technicians could have a vehicle for a combined 7 days and not notice something that straight forward, especially when the tow truck driver could diagnose it under 5 minutes. He was very nice to us and didn't charge us for his time. The service at Honda kept telling us that they can't diagnose until the problem has been encountered, but that just isn't the case when someone that's actually trained to know what they're looking at can catch the problem with a simple eye test. The worst part is before the tow truck driver fixed our problem is that Honda said the best they could do is just start replacing random parts and see if it goes away. I was given 2 different days my car would be ready, both followed with another call back saying that the parts still hadn't come in to fix my car. (It was due to ice storms delaying a shipment, which is a reasonable excuse if the the business handles the delay well. They did not). The associate that I was working with then took his days off, but my service was not passed to any other employees. I was left in the dark for two days, and when I tried to call them myself, all 3 of my calls where ignored and redirected. I finally went in person on a Saturday and asked for the status of my car. I was told that there was no update on getting the parts in. I asked for a rental car, to which I was met with, "It's a difficult process, come back Monday." I then called the operator again, and was told the reason I couldn't get a car was because they were out (2 different stories, at least 1 dishonest obviously). The same operator then said they would put a note on the manager's desk to call me at 7am Monday morning to talk through the situation (The call never came the following Monday). I then called the Honda in Murray and FOUND the part my car needed. When no one called me Monday, I called the service department during operating hours, and all my calls went unanswered. I had to work through a separate department to get transferred to the manager in the parts department, who was in the office all the while my calls went unanswered. I told him that Murray had the part, then he finally called them and got it. TO SUM UP: -They took my car for a over a week for a simple repair, only updating me for 4 of the days, then left me in the dark without passing my service to another employee and gave me dates my car would be ready without having the parts in -Answered no phone calls nor made good on their word to call me -Didn't call around to other shops to get the part -Hardly acknowledged their lack of effort when I went into the office to finally pick up my car. My representative said, "It's not our fault." Yes, you're right, you don't control the weather that delayed your shipment of parts. However, did you completely ignore me and have many stories that did no corroborate one with another and barely acknowledge your mistakes and poor ethics? Yes, and that is your responsibility to keep customers in the loop and work to complete services you offer with honesty. It could have been an off day/week and the lack of shipment would be frustrating. But, there were many elements of offering good service that slipped right through the cracks. Every time I visit Ken Garff Honda of Orem I have a bad experience, and I now realize the reason why is because of this one individual. We scheduled an appointment to have our tires looked at, and from the very get-go the service rep was completely dismissive of all of our inquiries, and doubly so towards my girlfriend, who is actually the car expert between the two of us. She expressed concerns regarding whether the tires needed replacing or not, to which the rep just laughed at the questions and proceeded (I kid you not) to explain what ice is and how ice works. We learned what the states of water were back in the 5th grade. This behavior was not only embarrassing and appalling, but frankly misogynistic. The rep proceeded to recommend tire pressure that went against Honda manufacturer standards. We will never take our business here ever again. We'll give the Honda in Sandy a try instead, thanks! P.s. If I could leave a 0 star I would. On December 6, 2024 I went to Ken Garff in Orem to look at purchasing a 2024 Honda CRV. I let the salesman know that I wanted to think about it over night and I would let him know my decision the next day. I texted him that I was in interested in the car if they would take 37,350. He said they would take 37, 500 so I dove down to Orem, filled out paperwork with a lot of personal information, even though I was paying cash for the car. Once they had all my information, including full name, address, driver license number and insurance they said they would no longer honor the agreed upon price and they wanted 39,350. They said that raising the price by 2000 was fair because I was still getting a good deal. At this point I said I didn't want the car because I couldn't trust them and asked to have the paperwork back so I could shred it. David Riccio, a sales manager, said that the paperwork was legally theirs and that they had to keep it. I asked him what law would be broken by giving me my paperwork back. He said that he didn't know, but it was policy. I asked him for the policy number, but he didn't know it and told me to call corporate. I asked him for the phone number and he wouldn't give it to me. Told me to look it myself. I asked if we could shred the paperwork with all my information together and he said no, the paper and my personal information was now theirs and it would be filed and kept. I asked what they would do with my information and he said he didn't need to tell me that. At this point he walked away with all of my personal information. I shared my personal information with faith that they would honor the agreed upon price, which they would not honor, and now they have my personal information to do with what they want. It seems very unethical on many levels and I'm concerned. This is a business I would stay far, far away from! read more

Update 11/22/2022: Upon calling the dealership, for free they towed the Accord with the engine light on to the service shop. They had replaced the engine filter during the previous service and admitted that there was another part that they weren't careful with so it had a tear in it; they compromised that they would cover the labor costs, and we would only pay for the part cost. Got the car back and it is now driving normal again. Original Post 11/19/2022: This was the most unorganized experience we've had with getting our two vehicles serviced at this dealership. Usually service is very thorough, especially because we are Advantage Care Package holders, but this time we are a little puzzled as to why our cars are still showing maintenance lights. Usually tire pressures are checked, but they forgot to do this for one of the vehicles. The vehicle they DID check tire pressure for, now it has its engine light on and it is stalling frequently -- this car has NEVER had problems like this before, until we brought it in yesterday. Overall, not happy about this service experience this time around, which makes me sad because usually I'm a strong advocate for this dealership!! A few months back, I went to go get an oil change in my Honda Civic one day during my lunch break at this facility. Usually an oil change only take 1 hour tops, and I thought it would be plenty of time to come back to work after. When is tell you, it took 4 HOURS to get my oil change, I wish I was joking!!! I went up the counter multiple times asking for updates and help, asking why it was taking so long or if something was wrong, asking why I noticed other people were getting helped and leaving before me, no one could give me an answer. I don't know if I was treated this way because I was one of the only women customers at the time, but I felt super disrespected and I wasn't sure why. I finally had to speak to the manager (which is never do, because I am always patient and kind to individuals who are in the customer service industry but this was a situation where I was getting taken advantage of and I had no choice but to ask for help). The manager was kind and gave me a bunch of free car washes for the inconvenience, but it didn't help me get out of their faster because I still waited for an extra 30 minutes after I spoke with her, because they couldn't find my keys!! I had to apologize to my boss for not coming back to work that afternoon, and it caused serious issues that it wasn't quick like they said it would be. Other mechanics came in drastically lower on cost and actually communicated what needed to be done and why. Speaking of communication...There is none to be had. The service techs try to avoid answering your questions and just tell you an estimated time of completion (which keeps changing). If you choose Ken Garff Honda good luck, you'll need it. P.s. This place is the ABSOLUTE WORSTTTT! DO NOT GO THERE! Our car was bought as a gift for us and was supposed to be BRAND NEW. Let me tell you that was not the case. We got the car in the winter so we never needed AC. When our first summer with the car came around we turned on the AC but no cool air came. So we took it in and told them it was our first time turning it on and it didn't work. Before we took it in we had a relative look at it and told us that the dealership should be able to fix it. They just need to turn on the frion and he didn't have the right plug because it's a newer model. We took it in and we had to pay for them to do a "diagnose". We left the car there after several hours we called and it took forever for them to answer. When they did they said they haven't looked at it yet. Service was TERRIBLE. They later texted us all these things they said is wrong with the car, hello we've only had it for 6 months! Where did all this extra BS come from. They also tried to blame us for it which was so ridiculous! They said it would cost something like $2,600 to fix it!! "BRAND NEW CAR", I tell you. Our car battery also has died several times to the point where we can't even unlock the car with the chip/button key. There's not even a physical key so we can't open the car. There is no way a brand new car has all these errors. Anyway, my brother is a plumber and I begged him to take a look since he's good with tools and he fixed my AC for $140 !! WHATEVER YOU DO DONT GO HERE! You'll regret it BIG TIME! WORST OF THE WORST! We took our battery to Auto Zone and they tested the battery several times and every time it said bad battery. We called Ken Garff since we only got the car in December brand new less than 10 months and of course they said they could put in a new battery in but we would have to pay about $160/170 because there's no guarantee. We dropped off a car for service at Ken Garff Honda in Orem this past week and were surprised by the poor quality of service. First off, after waiting a while for service when dropping off our car at the scheduled time of our service appointment, I was told that our scheduled time only guaranteed a 'spot in line' and that there were 11 cars ahead of mine. Instead of the 3-4 hour service window I had been given when scheduling the appointment, they said the car probably wouldn't be done until the next day. When I expressed concern about misaligned expectations, they said 'that was probably our call center', as if I were dealing with two different companies. When I went to pick up the car the following day, the agent quoted me a service bill several hundred dollars higher than the printed quote I had in hand. The agent pushed back on the lower quoted amount several times, complained about the person that had sent me the quote, and then spent a while in the system trying to create a bill that aligned more with my expectations. Going into this experience I had a perception of Honda as reputable and reliable. But this experience was chaotic and left me with a feeling of distrust. You can do better, Ken Garff. read more

First, my salesperson Josh was awesome and I would give him 5 stars. The finance guy Corneliu who helped us was also 5 stars. He was patient, funny and kind. I have been a loyal customer to Ken Garff Honda of Orem for 20 YEARS! This was the 5th car we have purchased from Ken Garff and 99% of the time we have used Ken Garff Service department for all our car care from oil changes to major car repairs. Clearly we have never had a problem or we wouldn't keep coming back. However, I am military spouse and as other Military spouses know your spouse can leave at a moments notice and can be gone for who knows how long. All the spouses I know have a power of attorney for these situations and also in my case I had a specific power of attorney to purchase a vehicle. In November 2022 I was excited for the new 2023 Honda Pilot and ordered one. I was told it would come until March. My day finally arrived on Friday March 17th and I went in with my power of attorney thinking I had all the paperwork done and I just need to sign on the dotted line. I arrived about 1:15pm and didn't leave until about 8:45pm. Why you ask? Because the Sales Manager, MIKE SUMMERHAYS came to speak with me with rude, condescending, assholy attitude. He told me that Ken Garff Honda, Honda finance and Honda Corp. would not accept my special power of attorney for vehicle transactions. I asked if I could speak with his supervisor. NOPE, he was the only one I could talk to. I asked to speak with a Ken Garff lawyer. NOPE, the lawyer wasn't working today. He left to go check on some "information". He came back about 20 minutes later with his rude attitude telling me again that Ken Garff won't accept the power of attorney. He said I needed to eSign and they would send the documents to my husband who has a spotty internet connection. What proof did they have that it was my husband even signing? A helluva lot less than the power of attorney that was notarized and signed by my husband and his military provided lawyer. As usual I gave them a copy of his driver's license but I also brought in a copy of his CAC card as an extra courtesy. Mr. Summerhays mentioned they don't accept the power of attorney because of fraud issues. What kind of idiot is going to take this Military P.O.A., provide the dealership with a SSN, a DOD #, my ID and try to commit fraud with it? Maybe the infamous "Florida man"? I guess I must be the idiot. I began my trail of deceit in November when I ordered my car and signed a contract to saying i would purchase the pilot or another vehicle or I would lose my non-refundable $1,000. Y'all, this was before he even looked at my P.O.A.! I pulled out the original notarized document and I brought a copy with me as a courtesy. Mr. Summerhays left with the copy and came back a few minutes... WHAT!?! I have to delete and omit the rest of my comments because I have reached my "character limit". I guess the Ken Garff "We can hear you" slogan is just a bunch of empty words. As of Sunday March 19th as I was backing out of my garage the car seemed to shutter and shut down and I could not start it again. I left for a few hours and came back and tried to start it again. It worked so I drove it around my neighborhood and parked at a neighborhood park. I had the motor still running and I finally had a chance to connect my phone to the car and set up Honda link. In the process it told me turn my car off and make sure it's off for at least 20 seconds. Again it wouldn't start. I sat there for 20 minutes talking to my husband about what I should do. I tried starting it again and it worked so I decided to try to make it home. I made it about 4 parking stalls and it shuttered and stopped again. I called the Honda 24 hour assistance and they were supposed to send someone out to help. I waited for an hour and a half with no phone call or text. I tried starting it again and it worked and i was able to make it the last few blocks back to my house. Now I'm scared to drive it. I'll be calling Ken Garff in the morning. Service Dep't Review: 4 hours to replace a battery and tell you your alternator is busted after initial '~1hour' estimate. No proactive information, I have to ask to find out anything. Service techs walking around slowly with no sense of urgency. More people inside bored with their desk jobs than actually outside working on cars. Wasted half a Saturday with the entire family at the dealership. Upselling me three times on an OEM alternator that is double a generic one and worth more than the trade in value of my old vehicle with a transmission on its way out is both insulting and insensitive. That is not listening. Every few years I forget how bad dealerships are...and somehow I forget every once in a while. Instead of wasting money on a marketing campaign to talk about your great customer service is, how about actually producing great customer service that respects people's time, budgets, and circumstances? UPDATE 1/2018 The dealership wanted to make amends for the previous experience and so they offered me a free oil change and a simple latch fix. I accepted. Then they improperly installed the oil filter and almost made me run out of engine oil while on the freeway. They reimbursed me for the oil I bought but didn't give me new OEM oil. Points for trying I guess, but I just can't trust my cars to these guys. read more

I have dealt with Ken Garf Honda for several years. The service people are always been very attentive and helpful. I have never made an appointment for an oil change, but when I drive up, they always take care of it quickly and without any problems. I am always made to feel welcome. This is not true of all dealerships or businesses. I appreciate Ken Garf Honda and will continue giving them my business. They have the best waiting room of any business I've ever been to - plugs for electronic devices at every chair, daily newspaper, popcorn, soda, hot chocolate, fresh fruit, big screen TV are all available while waiting. Makes the wait so much more pleasant and shorter. I also appreciate the waiting room being next to the new cars. The salesmen are informative without being overbearing. I would go nowhere else. After several years of having them service our older Honda, we bought a new CRV from them. Ken Garff Honda continues to take very good care of our car. read more

My seatbelt was fraying. Honda has a lifetime warranty on restraint systems so I called Ken Garff of Orem and confirmed that the part was in stock and set up an appointment for last Tuesday. I arrived and was told that they didn't have the part and even if they did, they required approval from Honda before doing warranty work. One wasted trip to Orem. Eventually, the part and permission were acquired leading to this morning's appointment. As I arrived the fire alarm was going off which continued for some minutes. The car was taken and serviced. At completion, I was presented with a receipt and a "Complimentary Multi-Point Inspection". The inspection noted that my oil, coolant, power steering, brake, and transmission fluid all needed to be replaced. My oil is only about halfway through its replacement period. Coolant and radiator fluids were literally changed last week. Power steering fluid is (according to my owners manual) good for the lifetime of the car. The brake fluid is overdue for replacement but the above issues make me suspect their diagnoses. I don't know what to conclude other than Ken Garff Honda of Orem are incompetent crooks. read more

The car was great; however they pulled the typical car sales in signing the wrong date on the contracts so that they could get the deal done in the month. Now They owe me $3,800 for my trade and are telling me that my bank will have to refund me. 7 day's later they have not paid off my trade. I will never do business with them again!!!! Watch out for Mike the sales manager. he is slimy and all he cares about is his next commission check and not the customer. He will talk all over you and bully you until he gets what he wants. read more

I was sent a letter in the mail saying how they would like to purchase my car and give me a $2000 coupon for a down payment on a new one. Of course I was super interested and after getting there and test driving cars and having one chosen, they said it was a mistake and didn't offer me the deal but said they would "help me out". After signing all the papers 2 hours later, they gave no discount. One month after i had my car, I got my credit report and my score had dropped 97 points bc they didn't send in my car payment to the previous bank after 31 days (one of the salesmen told me not to worry about anymore payments)!! They aren't very helpful in helping me with my dispute. read more
