I was given a 10 AM - 1 PM arrival window. When I called the morning of the appointment to confirm the timing, an incredibly unpleasant receptionist told me the window was 12 PM - 3 PM and aggressively insisted I had made the mistake and that they don't offer a 10-1 window. She passed me to the manager, Tricia, who also blamed me because they would be in Dorchester during the 10-1 window. She said I must have made the mistake because I had been with them for so many years and must be familiar with their time windows. I had 10-1 written in my planner, in my phone calendar, and in a text to my husband. Furthermore, I leave the house at 2 PM every day, so I never would have accepted a 12-3 PM appointment to begin with.
