One of my side windows was broken after an attempted theft (the item they tried to steal was so shabby they left it behind!) so I turned to PrPro. Our car window was broken in LB LAZ parking lot, they replied to my quote request in less than 5 minutes. We took the car 10 minutes later and it was ready with the new window and matching tint in 1 hour. Words can't express my incredible experience with Mario. He is a true professional. My side window and rear windshield were smashed and the only way to replace the back was by taking off the spoiler first. Now, let me preface by saying that the factory/official procedure for removing my car's spoiler (Fiat 500 hatchback) says you need to literally SAW IT OFF and break it into pieces, and buy a new spoiler, because the adhesive they use to glue it to the car is incredibly strong. It's a 5+ hour job to break it down, from the dedicated forums and research I've done - they say it's much easier to swap hatches!! I looked on Yelp for several quotes. Most hadn't worked with Fiats before, or said it would take 4 hours at least & I'd have to drop it off. However, one of the places connected me with Mario, who did mobile service the next morning. Not only did he get the job done in UNDER 2 (TWO!) HOURS, he preserved the spoiler and put it back on in one piece!
