They gave me a fair and accurate estimate right away -- less than my insurance deductible. When I brought my car in Alex was ready and waiting. He tinted the glass, replaced the window, and cleaned the glass from the inside of the door. The window looked great. This company is special in the care and courtesy it gives its customers. WOW! This is absolutely the best service I've had in so long. I was all stressed out because I broke the back windshield of my friend's minivan. Our car window was broken in LB LAZ parking lot, they replied to my quote request in less than 5 minutes. We took the car 10 minutes later and it was ready with the new window and matching tint in 1 hour. Words can't express my incredible experience with Mario. He is a true professional. My side window and rear windshield were smashed and the only way to replace the back was by taking off the spoiler first. Now, let me preface by saying that the factory/official procedure for removing my car's spoiler (Fiat 500 hatchback) says you need to literally SAW IT OFF and break it into pieces, and buy a new spoiler, because the adhesive they use to glue it to the car is incredibly strong. It's a 5+ hour job to break it down, from the dedicated forums and research I've done - they say it's much easier to swap hatches!! I looked on Yelp for several quotes. Most hadn't worked with Fiats before, or said it would take 4 hours at least & I'd have to drop it off. However, one of the places connected me with Mario, who did mobile service the next morning. Not only did he get the job done in UNDER 2 (TWO!) HOURS, he preserved the spoiler and put it back on in one piece! He said it was tough adhesive for sure, so he used the tools he would use on Teslas glasses to do the job. I can't be happier. Thank you, Mario, for patching up my little car :) read more

I reached out to multiple companies to try to get my rear window regulator fixed on my 2021 Ford Escape. So many auto glass places would not even touch it.
